Shanbhag's Veg-Park Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

For breakfast, I went to this restaurant with some friends. 👍The Dine-In area is separate for both the family and bachelor segments and is located on the first floor. 👍We got South Indian food, which was amazing. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, and the customer service is superb. 👍The interiors are quite well, and the restaurant menu includes some outstanding vegetarian dishes. 👍Customers can also use the restaurant's valet parking service. 👎The restaurant only accepts cash and credit card payments; UPI payments are not accepted. 👎I didn't notice any face mask regulations or temperature checks for diners performed by restaurant employees. 👎Because there are no elevators, the restaurant does not enable wheelchair access, and I did not observe any wheelchair accessible parking spots for wheelchair...

We went to Shanbag's Veg.Park for eating lunch. It is in First floor. No lift for 1st floor. We ordered south Indian Thali (veg.Meals) and one liter water bottle. They served 1 liter Bisleri water bottle and veg. Meals. 3 puries, one sora kaya curry, dal, sambar papad,Mango pickle, Dosakaya rolu pachadi and curd. Sweet also there. Sweet is Madata kaaha. All items are very hygienic and tasty. Madata kaja we eat is very tasty and asked again. Waiter tell us it's cost 20 rupees. So we did not eat madata kaja again . There is no upi payment received. Cash or card payments received. South Indian Thali cost is 140 rupees each and Bisleri 1 liter water bottle is 20 rupees. Our total bill is 300 rupees plus tip is 10 rupees we have paid through card...

We had food here on a Saturday. Now I understand that it can be crowded but I am paying good money for food and services. Emphasis on services. I expect you to patiently wait for me to decide my order. You can't come up to me and make me hurriedly decide on something. And I expect the least you could do is serve us water so that we aren't forced to buy packaged water. Also I took out a parcel for home and it turns out to be ruined food. I was really disappointed when I tasted it, when my brother told me that it was ruined. I have been going veg-park since it was known as shanbagh and since i was a kid.
