The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had out of all the Belgian waffle Co franchises out there, Let me explain a little about my issue here.

I have been a regular customer to this franchise earlier as they we’re running the same vendor for the taste. Slowly the taste of Nutella has changed and this franchise has stopped Nutella waffles (which is now subbed with belgian chocolate waffle) and I have made multiple notes to the chef and the manager of the restaurant but obviously like we know there hasn’t been any response what so ever from them.

I hope this issue will be resolved very soon. The best that can be done is that the option of Naked Nutella Waffle availability be turned off in the Zomato app.

This is just our right ridiculous as to what is happening with this ans this is the 8th time for me and it’s really frustrating to see that this franchise owner is basically stooping to such a low level and is playing around with food. Absolutely no parking here. It is always difficult to find a place to park a vehicle anywhere nearby and visit this place. There is a no parking board in-front of this place. It a towing zone. So, be careful while parking your vehicle here. This place is 100 percent vegetarian. This is a small waffle place with around 10 chairs inside. Ambience is good. Gabru di chaap is attached to this place. They both have a common entry. This place offers dine in and takeaway. Takeaway has an extra price over menu. Waffles here are just mind-blowing. The best taste i have ever had. Especially their Dark and white fantasy waffle is my favorite. The only down side is the parking. Hope they take this feedback and arrange some parking for four wheelers here. This place deserves a 5 star if that is possible. This ace also has happy hours which deserves a special mention. 1 pm to 5 pm are happy hours. During happy hours, 2 waffle cost rs. 240, 3 waffles cost rs. 340 and 4 waffles...

Let me first talk about food. It's absolutely delicious and lip smacking. Price wise it's okay and has moderate to higher pricing.

I spent 380/- ( for 2 waffles with icecream), which is not on expensive side

Service: self service.

They accept cash card and UPI.

It doesn't have a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Now coming to other aspects -

It's a very small outlet. The space is so limited.

Most of its business is brought by Swiggy and Zomato hence if you wanna sit and eat, you may feel claustrophobic.

I just don't understand why they can't rent a bigger dining space with some chairs . AC wasn't working properly. The cooks and order takers were working tirelessly. Kudos to them.

I , however, feel that the owner must take a note . It's absolutely impossible to sit and eat there. When it has such a great demand and people love your products, why not go to a larger space with more seating area and proper air...
