If you're under the impression that ambiance and food is everything a customer would look for then you are wrong. Sharing with you all is yet another worst experience at The Chocolate Room @ Business Square. One of the worst places to be at when it comes to customer service. The waiter brings in three full glasses of Oreo Cookie Shake, Brownie Shake, and Ferraro Rosher Shake, hits the bar by the table and pours all the shakes on me (the waiter was new and inexperienced which I do not have a problem with). But when this happened, 3 waiters walked up to just see what happened than quickly helping me out. My hands and trousers are soaked with the shake but none of them bring even a single tissue. On requesting them, they get me a few. When I shift to another table, the manager comes up to ask what the customers at the table next to me need but does not make an attempt to come and talk to me to check with me on how I am and if everything is fine. For a second , I thought that the waiter in charge had not informed the manager however on checking I was told that the manager was well aware of the fact and that he wanted to meet me while leaving. When I started climbing down the stairs, the waiter in charge ripped to the manager and started pleading him to have a word with me but the manager refused to with a rude body language (placing his hand over his head like it was a headache for him).
Customer service is not only providing what's on the menu to the customer but knowing what the customer is feeling/going through and feeling sorry about the situation that he had to go through. The staff and the manager took no measures to make the customer happy. Disclaimer: I am not looking/dying for discounts or free food. But as part of the management, what have you done to make the customer feel happy? My answer to this is, 'NOTHING'. I'm still not able to digest the attitude the manager possess there. Poor customer service, poor people skills resulting in zero customer satisfaction.
Owner(s) of this particular franchise, could you remove this manager or train him on the following: Customer Service Customer centricity Rapport Building Importance of customer satisfaction Follow up in case of mishaps

Read moreDinning at the Chocolate Room in Madhapur, I must say, is always a good experience. We went for a family dinner. This charming establishment offers a delightful combination of excellent food and a welcoming ambiance that keeps me coming back time and again.
The menu boasts a variety of delectable options, and during my visit, I had the pleasure of savouring the Chicken Lasagna, Salami Pizza, and a Chicken Sandwich. The Chicken Lasagna was a true delight, with layers of rich flavours and perfectly cooked pasta. The Salami Pizza was a treat for the taste buds, with a crispy crust and generous toppings. The Chicken Sandwich, in particular, stood out as it was absolutely excellent – a perfect balance of ingredients that left me craving for more.
To accompany our meal, I opted for the Mint Mojito and Cranberry Tea, both of which were refreshing and complemented the food perfectly. I've made it a habit to visit this place frequently, and I've never been disappointed with the consistently high quality of the food they serve. The service here is commendable as well, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
However, it's worth noting that not everything on the menu was a home run. The Strawberry Cheesecake was a bit of a letdown – it was both expensive and lacked the expected taste and texture. On a brighter note, the Cappuccino was a delightful ending to the meal, with its rich aroma and smooth flavour.
In summary, the Chocolate Room in Madhapur is a must-visit for anyone seeking a combination of great food and a pleasant atmosphere. From their delightful menu to their attentive service, it consistently impresses, although there are a few items that may not meet your expectations. I'll continue to frequent this establishment, knowing that I'll be treated to some fantastic culinary...
