The Hyderabadi cafe — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I visited Hyderabad Cafe on its opening day, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The transition from the beloved Handi Biryani to this new establishment was unfortunately marked by several issues. From the start, we faced an excessively long wait time for our food, which was frustrating and unacceptable.

The staff taking our orders seemed unfamiliar with the menu and were unable to provide clear information or recommendations, which made the ordering process confusing and frustrating. The menu itself lacked proper descriptions, leaving us uncertain about what each item actually was. For a vegetarian like myself, the limited options were disheartening and did not cater well to dietary preferences.

Despite these issues, I decided to give Hyderabad Cafe another chance and returned for a second visit. Regrettably, the experience was even worse than the first. The same problems persisted: long wait times, unhelpful staff, and a lack of adequate menu descriptions. My feedback, given on both occasions, was ignored, and no improvements were made.
