The TILT Bar Republic (European Bar) — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Recently I was at the tilt bar which is located near Gachibowli flyover.

This place is really good but seating arrangements and all I didn't like they are not comfortable.

I recommend you to sit on the big table instead of seating on small chairs as they are not at all comfortable.

Let's start with mocktails,; Frozen festival, Red angel, Tropican punch, and Strawberry surprise.

Mocktail was refreshing, I really liked the Mocktail especially frozen festival. It's made with pieces of Apple and fresh tropical fruit it was really good guys you must try. Then I had red Angel it was also refreshing and perfect flavor no need of any improvement. Then my favourite tropical punch here it's really good and refreshing I must recommend you to try this . Last, but not least, we had strawberry surprise. It was really a surprise for us its really bracing and my team enjoyed it a lot.

Next moving on to starters, we had Onion rings, Crispy corn, Charcoal spiced chicken, Cajun spice chicken, Cilantro grilled fish, Egg munchuria, and Crum Cheese balls.

Onion rings were crispy and the sauce which they served along with Iiy was really flavourful.

I have visited many places and had crispy corn, but I liked it only at a few, and this is also one of my favourite places for crispy corn 🌽.

Charcoal spiced chicken and Cajun spice chicken both were scrumptious at the tilt bar. So soft and tasty to bite with their special sauce I must recommend you to try this whenever you are here.

Cilantro grilled fish was not salty, because in many places I don't no why It's too salty to have but here it was really good, fresh fish and perfect flavor.

Then in starters last we had egg manchurian and Crum cheese ball. Both were fantastic. Egg manchurian I had first time and I really liked this starter, and Crum cheese balls was delicious and it was filled with cheese. I really enjoyed this dish at the tilt bar.

Time for the main course. We had Peri peri chicken pizza, Margarita pizza, Pasta with cheese sauce, Veg Mongolian rice, Chicken fried rice, and Hakka noodles.

Peri peri pizza and margarita pizza both were good and they're must try dishes at the tilt bar, especially the margarita pizza.

Then we had pasta with cheese sauce and hakka noodles. This was something good that I had here. Actually the pasta was really good, perfectly made but hakka noodles was not that much good, it didn't match my expectations.

Last, but not least, we ended our lunch with choco lava cake. This was really good but they topped it with mango ice cream and I didn't understand the combination. It will be more good if they served with vanilla ice cream so that's the reason I didn't like this at all.

TILT:- It's a place where you can drink (or) eat with your friends . They have various options of drinks and food as well. This place looks decent with those wooden coloured chairs and you can experience a good view of our hyderabad..!! This place is well known for their cocktails. Its a perfect place for saturday night. Just after entering into this place, i was really surprised because the total place is empty. . Coming to the drinks, This place serves the best mango mint mocktail here. Mango flavors are infused nicely in it. And we have also tried 4 another mocktails, but nothing felt great than this. Also, virgin mojito and choco martini are another must try options here. . Coming to the food, We started with cilantro grilled fish & chilly garlic prawns. In which,salt is added more than required. Egg manchurian  is spicy enough but there is more batter on it rather than egg. Spicy fried Idli which is topped up with some mirchi powder and served with green chutney . It tasted just like my mom made it. But , as per my opinion it goes well with tartar sauce rather than with green chutney. The best part about the starters is cajun spicy grilled chicken with sesame seeds topped on it. This was juicy and flavorful . . In the maincourse,  We have tried only 2 dishes. Starting with lamb chops with rice and some extra fries.This extremely good . Lamb chops were spicy and the smoky flavor comes from it is insane. Also tried their Grilled fish with rice which is a perfect option who are on diet. The steak provided with this dish totally tops  the competition when compared to other dishes. . And there will be some place for desserts even after having a hectic main-course,right? . I have encountered one of the best blueberry cheese cake here. Here ,the base provided is cookie mixture which is must for any kind of cheesecake. And the choco lava cake is a wonderful item to try. It comes with vanilla icecream and chocolate cream which is rich in quality and in taste as well. . Coming to the service, It's not upto the mark. They have to improve a lot in this section . Lasooni murgh-Chicken is marinated overnight in spiced yogurt.

French fries -The crispy fries looks good.

Cheese Broccoli-Throw this Cheesy Baked Broccoli from tiltbar is a delicious creamy and cheesy .

Florentine Saute Mushroom-The served mushroom florentine saute really a promising dishes .

Choco lava cake- The dessert composed of a small chocolate cake with crunchy rind and mellow filling that is conventionally served hot with ice cream on a plate.

Chickpea Corn Masala-Some spicy masaledar corn chickpea with drink really amazing combo . Cilantro Grilled Fish-Super flavorful grilled fish was well presented and taste really amazing.

Grill Fish with Rice- Proper oven burn well grilled fish nd rice i really love it .
