So I will like to start from beginning as I have plenty of time to write the review ,I was asked for review but still if they didn't told me to do so I was going to write because I was overhelmed with joy by having excellent food here 😁
So me my wife n sister in law returning home from navratri dandiya Mela around 12:30 am, we wr finding good place to sit n eat previously my wife told to stop at 24*7 shop but I was not in mood so we keep moving towards JNTU we saw this newly opened YUM YUM TREE FRANCHISE,my wife went in first to ask if we get anything soon she called us n we get to know everything on menu is available, I filled with joy by knowing this only.
As my wife n sister in law wanted to hv rice so best option was Mandi only but i was craving for good shwarma , so firstly I ordered shwarma just to know the quality of food served in this new restaurant, n believe me the chicken shwarma was more then excellent, not much mayo, fresh marinated juicy chicken and iceberg lettuce wrapped in tortilla bread😋😋 ( I am regular customer of shwarma at pista house JNTU) but this place was more better then pista house ( sorry pista house😬😂) so I get to know if shwarma is ds much good dn Mandi will be also good then I ordered Mandi after having first bite of shwarma.
Mandi was served with best quality of basmati yakhni pulao cooked in rich flavour full stock , delicious juicy succulent chicken leg n breast, fries and accompanied with a bowl of egg mayo, fresh tomato chutney,a regular tasty curry typ gravy , a korma and carrot cucumber salad. Each acoompaniments wr also good. At last we hv been asked for more rice but denied because quantity first served was more then enough for us.
We wr full n happy 😊😊
And wanted to add little more at last, as I keep visiting Hyderabad from last two years so being a foodie I tried other famous outlets but none of them satisfied my pallet n soul ,but here I was in joy after having delicious...
Read moreI recently tried the Chicken BBQ Fry and Chicken Tikka at this restaurant and they were fantastic in taste. The chicken fry mandi was also good, however, the mandi rice could use some improvement. The service was nice and the ambience of the restaurant was good.
However, I found the sitting to be uncomfortable as the mat was thin and the surface was hard to sit on. In terms of value for money, I felt that the mandi was not truly worthy of the price. If you are looking for a change in taste, this restaurant is worth a try.
One thing that I was not happy about was the fact that they charged extra for cheese mix, which was not mentioned anywhere in the menu. The server brought it at the end , which we didn't used and it was clarified that mayonnaise is banned in Telangana. Some servers referred to it as a cheese mix to avoid naming it as mayonnaise.
Overall, I would say that this restaurant has a "normal" creativity approach and I would recommend avoiding the mandi dish as it was not worth the price - my stomach was left unfilled and unsatisfied.
Hopefully, the restaurant can step up into terms of creativity and quality and especially in the quantity matter of their dishes...

I recently ordered the Mutton Juicy Mandi (Full) and was left quite disappointed. The dish had only five pieces of mutton, with barely 30% actual meat—the rest was mostly bone. The rice quantity has noticeably reduced, and there were only two cashews in the entire serving. For a dish priced at ₹150, the value just wasn’t there.
To make matters worse, the service was subpar. We had to repeatedly request for gravies and onions, and the AC wasn’t working properly, making the dine-in experience very uncomfortable.
This has always been my go-to place for Mandi, but today’s experience has changed my opinion completely. The place now feels overpriced with declining quality and poor service. Truly disappointed with...
