Namaste everyone !! Hope you all are doing well !!
After indulging myself completely in the last 2 days. Today I’ve decided to go for some sizzling food as it is very cold in Jaipur and the only thing which can make my dinner slightly hot would be some grill item !!
The outlet is located in Jaipur centre which is a commercial tower located at a very renown street - Tonk rd. The outlet has an outdoor seating as well apart from Indoor one. It can easily cater to 80 - 100 pax at a time. Good ambience !!
Food - We chose the non veg option from buffet and had various appetisers like - Chicken tikka, tandoori fish, prawns, meatball, chicken wings & crispy corn. Grill appetisers like - Chicken and fish were okayish - it felt slightly dry, wings were Smokey, crispy corn tasted less pungent them usual & meatball were more like a kebab.
Moving on to main course - There were ample of dishes but all of us decided to go for - Chicken curry with tandoori roti & steam rice. Curry was absolutely wonderful and tasted brilliant with both the accompaniments. Loved it with rice. Curry was perfectly spiced & seasoned. Felt every inch of punjabi style chicken curry !!
Dessert - Ample of options ranging from pastries to kulfi. Almost every item. I had rabri kulfi which was less sweet than usual. Also, I had vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate syrup. Perfect end to dinner !!
Staff & service - No one from the staff greeted us when we showed up with our bookings. However, Mr. Suraj was excellent in his service approach. Very helpful & kind.
Pricing & the real problem - Price were slightly on the higher side when it is in comparison to quality of food. Only quality can justify the rates !!
Problem - When we entered the outlet the whole vicinity felt so boiled up. Temperature must be around 40 - 45 degree Celsius. All of us were literally sweating. When we were almost done with our dinner then they switched on the AC. Even if it is winter you can’t mess with the temperature of the aura. Need to ensure that !!
Overall suggestion - TBH, I had better barbecue experience but you can...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Barbeque Nation, Jaipur, and I must say that my experience was made truly memorable by two exceptional team members – Veer, Manoj and Rajesh. From the very moment we stepped in, both of them welcomed us with genuine warmth, bright smiles, and a level of attentiveness that instantly made us feel valued and cared for.
Throughout our meal, Manoj and Rajesh ensured that everything was perfect – from guiding us through the menu, recommending the best dishes, and promptly serving fresh grills, to checking in regularly without ever being intrusive. Their coordination, professionalism, and friendly nature stood out in the best possible way.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail – they noticed our preferences, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure our table was always well stocked and clean. The way they interacted with us felt genuinely personal rather than routine service, which is rare and commendable.
Their energy, politeness, and enthusiasm made our evening extra special. It’s people like Manoj and Rajesh who transform a good dining experience into an unforgettable one. Barbeque Nation is known for its great food and vibrant atmosphere, but with staff like them, it truly becomes a place you look forward to returning to.
A big thank you to Manoj and Rajesh for their outstanding service, hospitality, and for making us feel like special guests. You both are true assets to Barbeque Nation, and I hope your dedication and hard work are recognized and appreciated by many more...
Read moreMy parents dined with Barbeque Nation at Tonk Road Jaipur on Dec 25, 2022. Some glaring concerns I would like to highlight here:- Usually, waiters/managers insist on celebrating anniversaries, birthdays or any other occasion. Same, was asked by one of the waiter if there is any occasion and it happened to be my younger brother's birthday who was dining with my parents. Waiter promised to bring cake (as they usually do) after they complete their dinner. However, this time, they didn't even after promise. And there were other diners too for whom waiters/staff celebrated their occasion. Even after billing, they didn't get the cake or celebrated the birthday. Finally, my family left. It is the case of experience and etiquettes shown by entire staff of this outlet. Either, they shouldn't have promised to celebrate the birthday and if they did promise then they should have celebrated the same. Outlets like Barbeque Nation or Absolute Barbeque etc. are known for their experience like these and for the very reason I had booked the table so that my parents can celebrate my brother's birthday. Service was very bad. Rotis served were cold. Replenishment of main course was not done on time. Manager and waiters stand on your head asking to rate this outlet and service and food not less than 'Good'. Why? One must be able to rate/review on facts viz: service, ambience, taste and experience.
Must say this was one of the worst experience ever with Barbeque Nation. One should give chance to other outlets and end Barbeque Nation's monopoly, at...
