Henry's The Pub - Hotel Park Prime — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

This place has a history since the place was opened as Park Plaza, Henry's pub was Jeffrey's pub earlier till it was plaza servicing. Since it has become Park Prime, now its what we know it as Henry's pub. I went in to enquire about wine and it was slightly surprising to see the silence of no customers at all, even the bartender was out of space and out of job, he called for help and when asked about the choices on wine, he himself was running out on knowledge. For me, it's not just the essences swallowing greedily with starters, it also needs to give me at least some sort of experience and the mood upliftment.

Guys, the relief came in the name of Rahul who actually knew his job. The second shock was when came to know they have only Sula, York, and Jacobs Creek, and only red Sula wine no white. I was expecting a few better wine brands but disheartening.

One of the classiest watering hole of the city outside the luxury hotels. The bar at Henry's is spacious and has a generous seating space which allows you to have you r sense of privacy intact in gregarious surroundings. The place has excellent ambience with large man sized windows looking out onto beautifully manicured lawns, the good thing is that you can carry your drinks to the lawn and enjoy the pleasure of the open sky while sipping your drink. Set in hues of brown with dark green upholstery chairs, the place certainly has character. The staff is unobtrusive, a blessing these days and you can nurse your drink as long as you like without anyone rushing you. It has an excellent list of beer and other popular drinks, which are competitively priced. They have a good list of food to go along with the drinks, a large number of platters of finger foods are also available. Lot of memories from this place, when I came out from my college back in the day, this place used to be one of the cool hangout place in Jaipur. I am not sure about now, but interior and atmosphere are still the same. bar seating area reminds you of an european bar.
