Nibs Cafe & Chocolataria — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Most important - they don't clean there veggies - I found PLASTIC THREADS in gravy of Thai rice I ordered.

1. if you have car - there is no parking space they own.

2. there service is pathetic - a ) they didn't want to accept payment via nearbuy and gave every possible reason ... Cafe is empty but they wanted me to book a table in advance b) I ordered a hot chocolate and dish , hot chocolate is delivered well after the dish is finished c) they don't know how to serve the dishes , they'll just put food on table ... Without any servering spoon , you are made to serve it yourself , when I asked manager ... He says the waiter doesn't know how to serve . d) ordered green tea , I had to ask for sugar

3. there portion size are arbitrary a ) I ordered Thai rice and quantity of rice was so less that gravy offered with was double the rice (which is supposed to be the base dish) b ) I ordered cheese bullet pasta , and it has not a trace of cheese , it was so dry and bad ... That Maggi pazta tastes much cheeser and better c) I ordered green tea and for all there charges, they give me hot water with 2rs tea bag . d) with there coffees and teas they offer complimentary biscuits - ITS SO SMALL THAT YOU'LL FEEL ASHAMED EATING IT and that too they offer only 1.

Writing this review based on my sister's experience yesterday. She and her friend they ordered pasta from nibs through swiggy. As it was heavily raining the delivery guy was not assigned, the restaurant is at 300m from my house so they visited the restaurant as soon as it was little manageable to pickup as swiggy was running late 30mins plus.

Once they entered the restaurant it again started raining heavily so they decided to order some nachos at the restaurant to have it there and also thought of having the pizza there itself as it was raining and couldn't leave at that moment.

The store manager was extremely rude, he outrightly said it is outside food and i won't allow it. Now my question to this person is that if your customer(mind you they ordered nachos at the restaurant itself) is having trouble leaving the restaurant due to rain so as a courtesy couldn't you be nice. Have sone empathy. I and my friends have been visiting this restaurant innumerable times now. This incident was degrading! I strongly condemn this behaviour of the outlet manager. He needs to brush up his hospitality skills! Also order from swiggy is indirectly keeping you in business. Sorry I wont recommend a place which is bad to its customers how so ever the food is...

What a lovely place to be! This one had been on my list since the day it was referred by my friend from Jaipur some time back. While I missed coming here the last two times I was in Jaipur, I made sure I took some time out for this place I had been yearning for since long.

The ambience is mind blowing and so is their playlist. I mean it felt like they had played the songs just for me. Where do you find melodies by Hariharan playing in the backdrop? The music there just calms you down. I will be very honest over here, I had entered with a real foul mood, but the place changed everything for me.

The menu was a huge turn-on. I guess it must be one for every chocolate lover. I ordered Pot of Love, Belgian Waffles and espresso shots. Not once do I regret ordering so much of chocolate. The Waffles were made with such care and affection that it was visible in the taste and the presentation.

I can not describe how much I loved being at Nibs. We definitely need one...
