Very Bad Experience!!

I will personally never visit this outlet. They are actually scamming people. Staff is Rude and non responsive.

After deciding what i am gonna eat i went onto the cash counter for the order. I ordered Chilly Paneer with Fried Rice Masala Dosa Fried Rice Rice and Dal Makhani

Chilly Paneer and Fried Rice: the quatity was so less for the price that wont even sufficient for a kid. Have shared pic for reference. Taste: How would less Rice and Lots of Gravy looks like ?? Same taste, Hideous !!

Masala Dosa: When i said masala dosa the cashier said not available, then i asked on the counter where they were serving masala dosa is this available they said yes. I again went to the cash counter and said its available why you said its not available. He didnt said anything just made the bill for masala dosa. Taste: The dosa was good but the masala was not even cooked properly. The potato wasnt boiled properly the piece was hard. The coconut chutney was so less in quantity that i asked myself what the hell is this and when i asked the server if they will give more if finised they said No extra Sambar and No extra coconut chutney.

Fried Rice: It was in adequate quantity and enough for one person. Taste : It was good in taste.

Rice and Dal Makhani: Same as chilly paneer and fried rice same quantity. Bhai itna kam quantity kon deta hai ki ek insaan ka pet bhi na bhare. When asked the server ki bhaiya itna hi quantity milta hai ?? He said Haa itna hi milega. Taste : Taste was good but fir was rice jara sa aur dal makhani se bhar do.

I walked for dinner yesterday. It is a horrible experience. The staff is very incorporative. I went their with family and asked around 8 items for ordeI had an incredibly disappointing experience at Haldiram's - Unity One Mall Janakpuri yesterday. I went there with my family for dinner, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The staff were extremely uncooperative and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.

We tried to order around eight different items, but were told that almost everything was unavailable. This was at dinner time, so it was baffling and frustrating. Eventually, we managed to order Amritsari Naan, which turned out to be only half-cooked. The Idli Sambhar was completely tasteless, and the Manchurian Rice was mediocre at best.

Adding to our discomfort, the air conditioning was turned off shortly after we started eating. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to turn it back on, they blatantly ignored our requests. My daughter was particularly distressed by the heat, and her complaints were also disregarded.

To top it all off, the person at the billing counter rudely told us to place all our orders at once because they wouldn’t entertain additional orders later. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service-oriented business.

Overall, it was a terrible experience at Haldiram's. The food was bland and poorly prepared, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the service was abysmal. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would gladly rate them -5. I strongly advise against dining here if you want to avoid a similarly awful experiencer but they replied every item almost finish....

Sitting capacity not sufficient, have to keep waiting as usual. Crowd is average. Just that we a an Indian multi cuisine at unity one. Most disappointing experience is when you order online vrat thali during Navratri. The addition of the vrat thali in the menu of these food joints is simply a promotion hack. They are least bothered about prompt delivery of the orders received. They do not care rhat the people who order this food are on a navratri fast and should be given priority for the day. Last night during our Saptami fast we ordered vrat thalis at 7.50 p.m and were informed it's delivery in fifty minutes. Having waited for one hour we were told by the Zomato delivery boy that Haldiram would take another one hour and the delivery would only be made by 10.00 p.m. With no other option we had to wait until a lady on phone from Zomato says, the ordered food is not available anymore so they would cancel the order. After waiting all this time and hungry too we had no other option but to order from Bikanerwala. Had they informed earlier we would have had enough time for other options.We had already slept when our doorbell rings at 11.45 p.m and the cold vrat thalis arrive with only leftover gravies, the kofta missing, the paneer missing, no kheer which is mentioned in the thali menu.Before we sit down to eat we have to click pictures of the food received to again speak to the Bikanerwala.
