Read moreHeared about Milanee's kitchen from 1 of my friends. So, decided to try out this Bengali style restaurant on Pohela Boishak - Bengali New Year : 15th April, 2022. I went with my family - 6 people. When we entered, the place was almost empty, no staffs, no cashier, Out of around 20 tables, only 2 tables were having customers. Rest all the tables were having leftovers, nobody present even to clean. Finally, 1 waiter came and joined 2 tables for us. 1 of the 2 tables was still having rice some rice grains spread here and there which was not that visible due to dim lights. The waiter took our orders and we asked him to cleanup. Most of the items were not available, so had to order American choupsey and chicken biryani. The waiter brought our foods and kept on our tables without even cleaning the table and immediately ran to another table. I have had choupseys at many different places and I know how its prepared. The quality of the choupsey that they servered was worst - looked like they had some last remains of broken noodles. The quantity was also very less. The biryani was OK, but personally I didn't like it that much. It was very "pheeka". Normally, salad raita is served with Biryani, but they served boondi raita with biryani, also the curd was freezed. Sharing images of both the items. I didn't had a satisfactory...
Read moreAll the 5 stars for the food and staff members. What a homely vibe this place has! Found this another gem in heart of Jamshedpur and undoubtedly the best one you can find in the city. Best known for all non-vegetarian food. Be it north Indian, Bengali or Chinese, this place is not going to disappoint you at all with really amazing dishes. Very kind and humble staff, really commendable work by all the staff members, they will really make you feel homely and comfortable. Just one disappointing moment when an elderly man entered the restaurant and started shouting like hell on waiters, he might be the owner or any authorised person but that is not something which you do when there are customers in your restaurant. Uncle need to learn...
