My recent dining experience at Gopal Roof Top Restaurant in Rajasthan was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment I stepped onto the rooftop, I was captivated by the breathtaking view of the fort that stretched across the horizon. We went to Gopal Rooftop Restaurant as we were keen to eat some typical Rajasthani food and we weren't left disappointed. The restaurant is on the rooftop and has probably the best view of the fort you can find in all of Jodhpur! It was so magical to look upon the fort lit up at night while enjoying dinner. The staff are all really helpful and courteous. The lady (who's name I didn't get) who I think perhaps co-owns the place took the time to explain dishes and make recommendations, and our server Dinesh was very kind (took some lovely photos of us), and was very apologetic when there was a delay to our food (caused by a very large group of about 20 people being seated before us, so I don't think delays would be usual here). To be honest who minds a delay when you have beautiful views! The food itself was really flavourful with a good selection of vegetarian and meat dishes. We tried the laal maas and gulab jamun, and I'd say the gulab jamun in particular was really good. I had an amazing experience at Gopal Rooftop Restaurant in Jodhpur! The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the majestic fort along with a panoramic view of the Blue City, which adds a vibrant and unique atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of Jodhpur while enjoying a meal. I had the Butter Chicken, which was excellent, and the Gulab Jamun curry, a unique and delicious specialty that I highly recommend.

I also want to appreciate the owner for maintaining such a wonderful place and keeping the vibrant, classic vibe alive. It truly enhances the entire experience.
