The best time to do is either in early hours before 1130 coz the Sun is very strong in afternoon or around 4-6 pm to start seeing the setting sun. You Will be guided by a team of very efficient people throughout your adventure. They start with brief training, equip you with all accessories & give safety instructions & you are good to go.
