First and Foremost, Priyanka Ji was just superb with her prompt service at our table. Can't thank her enough for helping us out in choosing what we wanted to have. Must try the Nutella Shrappe. (I did try it with an extra shot of coffee.. Yummy... Mind-blowing). Apple Cold Brew is a good milk free option. I had previously tried out the Peach ice tea and wanted to choose something different this time and frankly now I'll be confused the next time coz both these milk free cold beverages are great. You can request to adjust the volume for ambient music. Usually a young crowd - (College +/- High school) is seen hanging around here. So the atmosphere is usually chirpy and may not always be ideal for someone looking for a silent/quietly Work From Home. But the seating upstairs is usually less crowded and may suit such requirements. (Basement has larger seating space and upstairs they have their counter and fewer seating). I had a rather disappointing experience at this coffee shop. Initially, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff seemed friendly. However, my perception quickly changed.

When the place started getting busier, it became evident that they prioritized turnover over customer comfort. Despite being a paying customer, I felt pressured to leave even before finishing my coffee. The staff repeatedly asked if I wanted to order anything else or hinted that I should vacate my table.

As someone who enjoys working from coffee shops, this behavior was particularly off-putting. Many patrons visit for the ambiance and the promise of a relaxed environment, but when that environment turns hostile, it becomes difficult to appreciate the experience.
