Edited on 9Mar2021. This is second time even after booking a cake a day prior had to wait in the shop for more than 30min. Till now I didn't get the cake. What a pathetic. (Old one below) Their products are good. I admit. But customer relationship they need to be taken care very seriously. I had ordered choco lace cake through phone on 18 Oct evening and they told me to come after 10.30AM on 19 Oct. When I reached there they told me they had given the cake already. I told them to crosscheck the order and they admit that they had given the same to someone else.And I need to wait for another 40+ minutes their to get the cake. This is bad. I cannot use the cake properly since you have not freezed/prepared properly and it melted completely when I reach home. This is totally irresponsible. Kind request to take care of the order properly. Brownnies is a royalty in the bakery kingdom of Kannur.

This outlet is old and still draws huge crowds throughout the day. The snacks offered here are very different in taste from Sheen or other mainstream bakeries, and the quality and taste is evident from the first bite.

My personal favourite here is the Chicken Cutlet, which is perhaps the best served of all bakeries. The Egg Puffs is good as well, and so are all the other savoury snacks.
