I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cabane Bambou, a charming Chinese restaurant that stands out for its unique ambiance and delicious food. Located in a modified residential building, the place exudes a cozy, homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. The design and layout have been thoughtfully adapted to accommodate ample indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great choice for dining regardless of the weather or occasion.
One of the highlights of the place is the ambiance. The outdoor seating is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene environment, while the indoor seating is equally inviting with clean, minimalist decor that blends functionality with an Asian-inspired aesthetic. The arrangement ensures plenty of space between tables, so you never feel cramped, even during peak hours.
During my visit, I tried two dishes: the Mutton Tom Yum Soup and Mixed Noodles. Let me start with the soup, which was absolutely fantastic. It had the perfect balance of spice and tanginess, with a rich, thick texture that made every spoonful delightful. The flavors were well-rounded, and the mutton was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful. It’s the kind of soup that feels like a warm hug, especially on a chilly evening.
The Mixed Noodles were equally impressive. They were cooked just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and were bursting with flavor. The noodles were generously mixed with a variety of fresh vegetables, meats, and sauces that complemented each other perfectly. It was a satisfying dish, both in terms of taste and portion size. Speaking of portions, I found them to be more than enough for two people, making it great value for money.
The service was another aspect that deserves mention. The waitstaff were friendly, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. They made sure that we were comfortable and even provided helpful recommendations when we were deciding on the menu. It’s always nice to see a team that genuinely cares about the diners’ experience, and the staff here certainly delivered on that front.
In terms of hygiene and cleanliness, Cabane Bambou is spotless. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained, and the tables, cutlery, and surroundings are impeccably clean. It’s clear that the management places a high priority on ensuring a hygienic environment, which adds to the overall positive experience.
Overall, my visit to Cabane Bambou was truly enjoyable. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service, and cleanliness makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine. Whether you're planning a casual meal with friends, a family gathering, or even a quiet dinner for two, this place is sure to impress.
I would highly recommend Cabane Bambou to anyone in the area. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s a dining experience that leaves you feeling satisfied and eager to return. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try more...
Read moreafter hearing so much about Cabane Bambou, we finally visited this place but were disappointed by the quality of the food. if we have to give rating only for food then we might have given 0 star..
let's see the pros first,
large parking space for 4-wheelers & 2-wheelers
ample seating options, including ac rooms & outdoor seats
good number of staff available
service is fast
family restaurant
price are reasonable & menu has many options
now, let's see the cons,
we ordered manchow soup, chicken lollipops & schezwan fried rice, because we have heard people talking about their chinese food.
manchow soup has no noodles in it (can anyone believe this) & no vegetables (gross).. upon asking them we were informed that "they have changed the recipes here. they don't add noodles in manchow soup, but we need not worry, as they do have another soup with noodles.. " .. & why it was cold, salty & with no vegetables at all, we were left unspeakable.. lost..
schezwan fried rice was cold & tasted like all it was a chilling mixture of cold rice, some cold spices, cold veggies tossed here and there.. it was served in a microwave safe borosil tray.. i think, they just forgot to put the rice in the microwave... atleast it would have done justice to the tray, if not the rice.. & why are you using so much sweet tomato catchup in it ?!!! & not in spicy schezwan sauce ???!
chicken lollipops were like fried pakodas, which were less cold, unlike soup and rice, which were the coldest.. i think the rains have subsided, else, we would have got our chicken pakodas.. ahem, chicken lollipops hot..
note :
if you are changing recipe of famous dishes then change their names also or atleast write a one line description with dish in the menu.
most of the indo-chinese recipes are already famous in most parts of our country, & they are served hot, unless one is serving with ketchup, chilli sauce or vinegar which are served cold (at your place.).. so the food must be hot, atleast.. c'mon guys, please don't serve cold food..
we lost our appetite by the presentation of food; like the soup bowl had soup all over the bowl, the starter was just placed on top of chopped cabbages & rice was mushy with vegetables, rice or chicken indistinguishable.
why big menu with so many items if you can't serve them properly ?
why not proper billing system ?! in today's time, even small vendors also give proper printed bill with items listed in it.
we usually go to manager & talk about our experience but our over all experience was too disappointing that we could hardly approach them and tell about their food..
your restaurant has good infrastructure, good team & prime location... utilize all of it.. you are in a serious business now with new bigger outlet... improve your food quality & menu... good...
Read moreI was quite excited about this new branch of cabane bambou. Fact is that it nearly missed my expectations. I expected the level of this hotel at burnacherry but nope. First of all, Im happy with ambience of this hotel. Its what we need and what we expect in such a place where dinner is the priority.Parking is also nice. One star for that.⭐ 🔥When coming to food, yeah its tasty. Have a bunch of varieties. In non-veg as well as veg cuisine, but no..not at the level of the old one. Still its way better than all other hotels near by. So one for that ⭐. 🔥When it comes to pricing. for this kind of quality food yes, its good. Veggies are tasty, a lot and cheap.Similar opinion for non veg.So one for that too ⭐. 🔥Where i felt very sad about it is for the waiting of the food. I went in, hotel was full, its ok understandable, waited for like 15 mins or so. and yeah got a seat.I ordered food and WAITED FOR LIKE ONE HOUR OR SO to get it on the table !!. I know there are lots of people and all are waiting, but if there is space for such huge number of people, There should be enough staff or chefs to make food which ensures that it will reach the customer in minimum time. This is a main drawback here and waiting for food is the worst way to spend time for me. This is the only reason where my impression fell, If you are here for food, and if you'll only get it after like 1 hour then its better to go some place else. Hope this gets rectified....
