However, I wasn’t too impressed with their halwas or Biscoff cheesecake—both were just okay and didn’t stand out compared to their other offerings. A fantastic bakery with great service and delicious treats. Definitely visit for their banana chips and other baked goods, but maybe skip the halwas...

3 years ago: This is about cake home delivery. I have tried various flavours of Sheen. I am not sure which branch of theirs deliver cakes but I have ordered and tried many cake flavours like rasmalai, dry fruit magic, gulab jamun, milky arena and customized cakes with rose milk and German Belgium chocolate flavour. Out of these Best and must try cakes are Dry fruit Magic, gulab jamun and rasmalai which I have tried so far. Milky arena was good but Rose milk tasted like cough syrup and customized rosette cake blue color was still on hands even after a hand wash. Their delivery is free which is a plus point. The cakes and pastries they provides are amazing but the customer service is sh”it, im sorry if my launguage is getting vulgur, this is the second this a certain thing has happened to me, at fist a couple of week before, i needed to buy some cakes, and the first name which came to my mind was sheen, when i went to purchase the cake, every one of the workers was minding their own buisness and ignoring me, i called out their name several times but still they were not paying any attention to me at last i left , same incident happened today, it was Christmas and i was willing to give sheen one more try, same thing happened to me , they were just minding thieir own buisness and were not answering me, i called them several time and still i didnt get a answer , after half an hour i left, i dont know, it was a very appalling experience for me and would never return to...
