BBQ KITCHEN — Restaurant in Karnataka

I believe we all would agree on the fact that business runs on trust and on the willingness to serve customers better. Sadly to say, But none of the above mentioned parameters were followed against me tonight at the BBQ kitchen, At Forum Fiza mall in Pandeshwar. So I ordered one plate of Kebab Combo worth Rs. 200 (Which, as per their model dishes, includes rice, some sort of gravy, one piece of barbecue chicken) and 4 pieces of Tikka Chicken worth Rs. 150 tonight at around between 9:45 PM and 10 PM (I'm being specific about the timing so that the owners or whomsoever is concern, can check the timing and my authenticity). Firstly, I didn't receive what I ordered. Below are the items I received when I was checking it at home since it was a take away (enclosing the photos for your reference) -

For Kebab meal - Rice, that some sort of gravy and a tiny piece of chicken in it (Surprisingly, the barbecue chicken was missing on that meal).

For those 4 pieces of Tikka Chicken - I thought I received 3 freshly cooked proper chicken pieces up till now (And this time it was not a surprise that I didn't receive another piece).

This was the first part of my review where I faced "not so committed" service commitment from the BBQ KITCHEN team.

Now coming to the second part; about the quality of the food. So when I divulged myself into these Tikkas Which I ordered and one single piece was missing (Ironically I'm happy that the single piece was missing), inside of it was totally filled with blood. Now, i'm an omnivorous Since my birth. So I know the very difference between the spices involved in a barbecue chicken and the actual blood. It was "fresh blood", the inside was not so well cooked or even boiled and there was no taste. Check the last photo for better understanding.

I'm not concerned about the Rs. 370 (350+20 for parcel) I wasted there. My concern is about my wellbeing. About the other people's wellbeing. Now, I wouldn't have written down all these here had they been using a phone number which allows "Incoming calls" in it. Sadly, this given number on Google doesn't have Call receiving feature. My urge to the owner of BBQ Kitchen is to kindly do a thorough quality check on your operations. And to the mall committee, since you get your rentals from all of them, I think you also should quality check on them sometimes since if anything bad happens to any of the customers due to these QSR's bad quality, it is your reputation which is going to get a very deep stain.
