I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the behavior of the staff at the KFC restaurant located in Electronic City Phase 1 on May 3rd, 2023, at 10:16 PM.
I visited the restaurant with the intention of availing the Wednesday offer chicken bucket, as advertised by the restaurant. However, when I asked about the offer, I was informed that it was no longer available, despite it being within the valid time frame. When I asked for an explanation, the staff member named Jagadeesh and his manager argued with me and refused to provide any further assistance.
Furthermore, when I attempted to take videos as proof of the incident, the manager told me to switch off my mobile phone and threatened to take action against me. I found this behavior to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am disappointed that a well-known chain such as KFC would allow its employees to behave in such a manner...
Read moreThis review is related to delivery via zomato and swiggy on 31st dec. I initially placed an order through zomato and waited for around 70 mins. Finally zomato called to say that the restraunt did not receive the order due totechnical issuees ( fault lies with zomato for not informing early). I thought an honest mistake was made and ordered through swiggy now. The same story played out, the restraunt made us wait for aounrd 60 mins and then again swiggy said the restraunt did not receive due to "technical issues". Tried calling the restraunt directly, of course they never picked. Feel this branch in particular is simplying lying and not able to keep up with the demand. Instead of simply not accepting orders they make the customer wait. It spoiled my evening, would suggest don't bank on these people to honour your orders. Overall pathetic attitude...

Have had issues before for simple things like when you don't get a family bucket without going into multiple round of permutations of selecting this option and that option. Today it was more strange. Ordered a 5 piece chicken legs peri peri for 479Rs . After finishing, when tried for more options then I could find 9 piece chicken legs peri peri for just 499Rs. So just with a little increment of 20Rs, I was supposed to get 4 more leg pieces which I didn't get because nobody at the counter mentioned. Should it not be a common sense thing for the staffs or kiosk to suggest that to take? Really frustrating and shows that customer satisfaction is a thing which KFC outlets never...
