ALERT :HONEY CAKE WITH NO HONEY AT CRUMBZ Very Disappointing experience with CRUMBZ. I had ordered a Honey cake from Crumz Kodialbail thru Swiggy today 01/08/2025 and i was delivered a Jam Cake. so i raised a complaint with pictures of the cake and asking swiggy to replace the Honey Cake which they agreed to do so .To my surprise In another half an hour i get the same cake so called Honey cake which dose not have even a percent taste of Honey in it but ony Jam . I called Crumbz office to clearify & complain about the product.The lady bluntly and a lil rudely said " "that is how we make Honey Cake" (which was a very convenient reply) and was not ready to accept her mistake and was trying to blame the swiggy for the whole scenario . Then she clarifies that the cake is mix of Jam & Honey which the discription doesnt mention at all. She even told me that I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM AND CHECKED HOW OUR HONEY CAKE LOOKED LIKE. HAD I KNOWN , I WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED THIS CAKE AGAIN . I would like to request Bakers to please check how the Honey Cake looks like and how it tastes or else they better discontinue selling this cake . I felt like I was cheated. It was a Birthday Cake which turned into a huge disappointment. " I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CRUMBZ" ^ Sharing pictures of the cake and the discription given in the app. ( HALF EATEN CAKE- FOUND ONLY JAM IN HONEY CAKE BUT NOT HONEY)

Location : M. G. ROAD NEAR PVS circle..

Crumbz is a well known bakery in mangalore city.. I have made a good number of visit here. They are well known for their pastries.. But as and when my number of visit increased over here, I literally got bored ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜•with this place due the same flavours when I order bday cakes and their menu..

And when comparing with other leading bakers in the city, Crumbz is a bit a dull and boring in taste, variety and menu.. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž this disappoints me n Crumbz...

Yeah but I won't say that the taste is bad, but still they can improve a lot..

Coming to pricing๐Ÿ’ณ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฒ it has got acceptable price tag on its product..

Ambience in one big MINUS ๐Ÿ‘Žif u ask me.. They can really improve a lot in this aspect.. The lighting is itself is of old theme and gives a dull appearance... This doesn't gived me the comfort to dine in here.

parking your vehicle will not be a problem here..u have ample space as it is...

TODAY I HAVE ORDERED 1.5KG RED VELVET CAKE FROM CRUMBZ DONGEKERE MANGALORE, CAKE WAS EXPIRED( SMELLS LIKE EXPIRED CREAM CHESSE ) FELT LIKE IT WAS EXPIRED CAKE.

WHEN WE VISTED SHOP WITH CAKE FOR EXCHANGE Or OR REFUND THEY SHOWED US NEGLIGENCE INFORMING CAKE IS PROPER.

I FEEL VERY UNHAPPY BY ORDERING FRON HERE. EVEN THOUGH WE INFORMED IT IS SPOILED. WE KEPT CAKE IN SHOP AND RETURNED BACK.

I REGRET ORDERING FROM HERE. WASTED OUR 1700 BUCKS MONEY BY ORDERING FROM HERE....
