I recently dined at this restaurant with friends, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We were welcomed warmly by the staff, and our table was ready in no time. The ambiance was impressive, creating a nice atmosphere.
Starters: The options were somewhat limited, with just two choices – Chicken Banjara Kebab and another chicken dish. Both were decent, but I felt more variety would have been nice. I’d rate the starters a 3/5.
Main Course: The main course featured biryani rice, fried rice, kulcha, chicken curry, and fish curry. While the flavors were good, the selection was a bit basic. I’d give it a 3/5. In Veg I tired soya and veg kebab which was decent. There were many veg options available. Also wide variety of salads, including egg and chicken salad.
Dessert: The dessert spread was quite good, offering rasmalai, several types of pastries, halwa, brownie, and peda. Ice cream was available with four flavors to choose from, and a complimentary drink was included. Desserts were delightful, earning a solid 4/5.
Staff: The service was excellent throughout our visit, with attentive and friendly staff. They were certainly the highlight, deserving a 5/5.
Ambiance: The restaurant’s ambiance was inviting and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. I’d rate it a 4/5.
Price: The cost was around 725 per person, including GST, which felt reasonable given the overall experience.
Overall, this is a decent spot for dining with family or friends, with good service and a satisfying food selection. A bit more variety in starters and main course options could elevate the...
Read moreTide at Ocean Pearl offers a well-rounded buffet experience that’s worth trying if you’re in the area. The buffet is priced at ₹799 + taxes, and for that, you get a decent spread with a good balance of salads, soups, mains, and desserts.
What stood out for me: • A fresh salad bar with good variety • Soups that are warm and flavourful • Live counter – they whip up pasta on the spot, although I wish they offered a chicken pasta option too • The main course has a fair selection, though there’s room to add more variety
Some of my personal favourites: • Silver fish rava fry – crispy and flavour-packed • Corn & spinach in cheese, paired with bread – comforting and indulgent • The Croissant pudding – hands down the best dessert on the menu! • Salads – refreshing and well-seasoned • Chicken ghee roast and biryani – satisfying, though not extraordinary • Mutton gravy – rich and well-cooked
Service: The staff is courteous and attentive, which added to the pleasant experience.
Final Thoughts: For ₹799+, it’s a decent buffet. They could either expand the options slightly or reconsider the pricing, but overall, it’s a good value. If you’re craving variety in a clean, comfortable setup – this place...

Very tiny place to dine in with the bigger groups or family, they serve breakfast buffet in this restaurant,
Buffet is kind of congested moving around the buffet is not easy, you might end up with bumping each others!! Buffet price is 600 plus tax, if you’re staying in the rooms then it’s complimentary,
quality of the food is strictly average. I am sure it’s not justified for the prices they charge.
Fresh juices, verities of dosas, coffees and egg omelette are available.
Service is very attentive and they are eager to help you guys/. server Koushik helped us and he was out and out wonderful. F & B Manager Mr. Rakesh Shetty make sure our experience was delightful.
Live counter cook was little bit fussy we could here his conversation clearly since it was a small cafe, Sunny up egg took long time to serve us, (around 25 minutes) because whoever was in live counter he was not ready to prepare it, looks like there was a time and his working shift issues…. Koushik finally took the decision to grab it from different kitchen.
Overall clean place, but this is very tiny place to dine in along with the family or...
