CHEAT ALERT- WATCH OUT FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WALLET!

I like to tuck in to the egg puff here, however, of late, the outlets at GOKULAM and near the KSRTC bus stand appear to be palming off fakes which do not correspond to the specifications confirmed by the operations team at Dolphin.

On 13th June, was served an egg puff at the outlet near the KSRTC bus stand which was SMALLER than the norm with pin pricks on the surface, stuffed with half a boiled egg garnished with onion and YELLOW COLOURED masala. A bill was not provided though it is standard mandatory practice at Dolphin.

Around 2 hours later, had another egg puff at the Gokulam outlet which was similar but had BROWN COLOURED masala. Whereas, on 12th June, the same outlet served me an egg puff with YELLOW COLOURED MASALA! Suffered from bloating and indigestion which is not a normal reaction. Fakes for sure! Pray, why? As per Zain Mohammed, Operations team, the size of the egg puff has not changed and the stuffing consists of hard boiled egg slivers garnished with BROWN COLOURED onion masala. Hey, what's going on here?

On April 7th, did not receive a bill for an egg puff which had no masala, just a half boiled egg! Fake? Not from the Dolphin inventory? Unconvincing replies to my queries by Zain Mohammmed, cast more doubt than clarity.

A couple of years back, the SARASWATHIPURAM outlet shortchanged me with a bill overwritten by pen for a higher amount. Demanded and received my money back. So many anomalies though Dolphin runs a centralized kitchen and conforms to STANDARD...

Worst place in Mysore . The person who claims to be the owner has 0 knowledge on customer service. Two times I went there unfortunately. First time during a cake cutting. He stopped us from signing birthday song. We ignored second time again I went with a colleague we were sitting having food and generally talking. There’s a walk-in customer who was packing the food was there hardly for 2-3 mins, in front of them he again insulted us by saying talk slowly. In a small clumsy place even you whisper it sounds loud. What a person is supposed to do sit and stare. Why do they have sit and eat option if they don’t allow ppl to talk??????? Such pathetic ppl run bakery n cafes with 0 customer service. Food was also pathatic after having egg puffs I had stomach problem the very next day... Stale food with bad customer service. 0...

Visited this outlet after visiting their Vijaynagar out let. Had Gudbud, Blackforest Pastry and Gobi Manchurian Roll. GM Roll was soggy and not crispy and have highly masala content. Blackforest Cake, the cream doesnot taste, there was no indication of chocolate taste or sugar. It is a cheating cake coloured and decorated like black forest. The sweetness is like a cake given to a diabetic patient, almost nil. The Gudbud was passable without freshfruit or jelly. The Layer of icecream had only Pista and vanilla,only raw cashew no pista or badam. Other outlets serve good and tasty with...
