I have visited this palace 3 yrs ago, experience and taste of the food was awesome, felt better than the Bangalore dominoes outlets at that time. As part of my recent trip to Coorg, I have visited this place again, whoa dude, pathetic experience and very irresponsible staff, That day there were many people waiting to place orders and only one lady attending the bill counter and she said they won’t take orders until 8PM 🤷🏻, since it was 7:30PM, me and my wife were okay to wait for another 30mins, we were in front of the line. It was at 8:05 we were tying to call that lady and asking to take order but she was busy in preparing delivery boxes where there were already a big pile of boxes available. Opposite to her one guy was there in shirt assuming he is a manager for that store, and these 2 were communicating in some sign language, then at 8:15 - 20 she came and said oven has some problems 🤯, why she didn’t know 30mins back?, how she came to know after she had a sign language communication with the Manager?
We were also trying to order online in parallel but the store has the control, they are not taking there as well.
My wife was already told me No dominos and these all are same but I had promised her this one is different and not like any other dominoes outlets we find in Bangalore where taste is compromised, then I terribly failed. At least Bangalore dominoes outlets are better in Customer Service.
Whole situation was felt like they were already achieved their daily target or since there was some crowd they don’t want to take more work load to serve all the customers, looking at how they handled the situation/crowd seems, it was not their first time and they clearly know if they made customers wait long, people would leave and find a different place to eat which eventually happened many people including us left the place after waiting for 30-40mins.

Ofcourse they are getting the salary so why would they bother. We went there for lunch, we were hungry and tired. The lady staff told us that we are busy so we waited for some time to place an order. Nobody bothered to come back n check with us and they were busy in their own world and happily using mobile. We were exhausted and asked again if we could place order, the lady rudely said, we are busy. We said that we are hungry and tired so if she can take the order. She didn't even bother to reply, we had no option but to leave the place. They couldn't serve us even when the restaurant was all empty. The staff is bad, needs training, they don't bother whether the customer stays or leaves. Never ever go there in life! They will humiliate you! If they don't learn to respect the customers and serve them appropriately, soon it would happen that the outlet will close as I can see in reviews, it's not only me but many people had ridiculous experience. I wish I could have read those comments before going there. Hope you guys improve! Especially the lady, who is extremely rude and she didn't bother that we are leaving without eating. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Abbisivise Domino's in Coorg. Visiting the store after 9 PM was a letdown due to the staff's unprofessional behavior.
The employees seemed more like gang leaders, using abusive local slang words and displaying a lack of respect towards customers. It was clear they hadn't received proper training on greeting and welcoming guests.
As a regular customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially from a well-known brand like Domino's. Unfortunately, the staff's priority seemed to be closing their shift rather than providing quality service.
I'm concerned that the management or owner may not be aware of these issues, as they seem to be occurring regularly after 9 PM. I strongly suggest that Domino's takes immediate action to address these problems and ensure that customers receive the respect and service they deserve.
