We, a family of 4 visited this place for dinner on 19th Jan 2024. We were there at 8pm and the restaurant closing time is 10.30pm. inExpecting a fine dining experience, we were very disappointed. There was no (cordial) interaction by staff. Whole experience was like eating in a very ordinary restaurant. Floor Captain and Stewards were in a hurry to ensure we finish our dinner and leave the place. Masala papad was soggy, Soups were just ordinary ( probably had MSG/Ajinomoto). Staff didn't realise that they were serving Soup with the spoon immersed in the bowl, which is a poor etiquette. Starters were served in a hurry. Before even we finished our Soup & Starters, main course was served. 2 bites into the main course & roti, there came the question any rice items were required. Best part of this comedy - dessert and the bill were presented almost same moment. Food taste was nothing great, though serving size was sumptuous. Staff etiquette left a lot to desire. Menu items were basically continuation from previous management of the place (by the name SAFFRON) and there is no touch of Paakashala or Mr. K N V Adiga in the whole dining experience. Highly unlikely that we will visit again.
