Re-Cycle The Lounge in Mangalore showed a shocking lack of respect and dignity when their guard, influenced by the bouncer, refused entry to a lady and gentleman on the flimsy basis that they had only previously “checked” the place. Such arbitrary and discriminatory treatment is a gross violation of basic human respect. Moreover, the management failed to step in or rectify this situation, displaying a worrying lack of accountability and professionalism. This incident left the guests humiliated and excluded, a clear sign of systemic disregard for the dignity any honorable person deserves. Until Re-Cycle The Lounge improves its attitude toward patron respect, it cannot be recommended as a welcoming or dignified place to visit .

I have been to this place from being rare to being a regular customer and then back to going there rarely. The waiters there and also the bartenders are the best people and the best thing that the place has. Food is good, the rates are also decent compared to the rest. What takes a hit is the management. I loved this place but slowly started hating it because i could see how the management is slowly screwing the business. Half of my own friends have started hating it as well and used to just come because i insisted. I see the effort that the bartenders and waiters are putting by being so friendly with great hospitality but some managers simply have a lot of attitude and spoil the experience for customers. They make false promises to get business. 1 day before we did booking of 25 pax with food , drinks and Bollywood DJ. Next day when we visited to party, there was English music playing. The DJ refused to play Bollywood, the manager turned back on his word and refused to play Bollywood. The entire party was a waste, our group had people from different parts on world and India come to celebrate wedding in family but this night was a waste. The management was not at all bothered about spoiling someones special day, they only care about their business. If they had mentioned before we would have gone to a different place to party but they made false promises. Not at all customrt centric management.
