Located in Balmatta, near Roopa Hotel. Its a small casual place with few seatings in 2 levels. Place is beautiful with wall decorations, sticky notes having stuck on the step wall with feedbacks and thoughts. One side having a huge cozy icecream menu. Thumbs up for the ambience. This place is mainly known for their milkshakes in take away glass bottles as well as ice creams. They also have hot beverages, burgers, sandwiches and some other quick bites. We tried the chicken strips and fried chicken chilli momos. Both were good. The dip that they served with the momos took it to a whole new level. Next we had Ferrero Rocher shake which was rich and had a nutty flavour to it. I felt that the nutty flavour was overpowering, still it was good. I loved the Half time vampire though, which is a red velvet based milkshake. To end it, we had Dry fruit Encanto ice cream. I'm very disappointed with the service of shake factory & the manager of the shake factory nishad for not being polite with their customers as I had called restaurant to tell that I have received a wrong order which i had ordered thru Zomato, the manager nishad put a blame on the delivery person saying that the delivery person had picked up multiple orders at a time & therfore he might have exchanged the package & might have handed me the wrong order. However I managed to call the delivery person to confirm what nishad said, & the delivery executive said that the nishad is lying & he picked only 1 single order from the outlet. I tried calling nishad again & there was no pick up response for time being. I called him back after half n hour & he picks the call & I told him u simply put blame on the delivery person. Then he started explaining me how the chicken patty tastes, he's telling he has sent the proper order. As if I haven't tasted a chicken patty in my life.
