I'm being generous with 2 stars here. My dinner experience was totally disappointing. The only plus point about this place is its ambience. But the food doesn't compliment its ambience. The service is too slow for the limited seating available. We were lucky enough that our order was taken early. But, we saw many people leave after waiting for 10-15 minutes as there was nobody available to take orders. After we ordered our food, we waited for nearly 30 minutes just to get our starters. French fries were not good, tasted like the frozen ones bought from market. Mocktails were too sweet, cold coffee was too bland. Pizza was ok, but sauce was on sweeter side. Bake factory offers you a wide variety of flavours with their wide range of menu. I had been there a couple of times and also had ordered Online.

In the shop I tried their, Tiramisu and Cheesecake and it was very good. Would rate (4/5) for their Cheesecake and (5/5) for Tiramisu.

I had ordered breakfast and felt it was great. The taste, packaging and everything was perfect. Would recommend their Club sandwich and Caesar salad👌🏽

Their ambience is well lit with beautiful pictures and decors making it a colorful and happy place. They have high tables, Regular seats and Dine in space for families too. No issue with parking as the place is situated on a not very busy road.👌🏽👌🏽
