We had been to this Restuarant yesterday night for dinner. 6 of us were there. We ordered for Biriyanis, Roti and Tandoori Chicken tikka (Full ).
If we Tandoori tikka, they supplied Murg Masala Half and argued that it is full plate. Also, the same thing happened on other table also. They scolded and walked out.
In our case, all were hungry and exhausted and just wanted food as it was 10:30 pm. This is the nearest hotel to our workplace. We eat the food. But the bill was INR 2209 out of which Murg Masala Half which was supplied wrongly for the Order Tandoori Chicken Tikka full , they had charged at 999 for half. Very worst food and they over-ride customers. It's a Day looting and Robbery.
Lesson for us. Please confirm what we was ordered and what was served are the same. Don't allow for day robbery and fraud . Please check the bill if the billing is done rightly. Big frauds.
Please don't cheat the Customers just for the sake of billing.
We were regular customers for this particular restuarant from the Day 1 of starting this hotel. Quality of food is also deteriorated off- late. Hereafter, we will never go to this hotel.
We don't recommend anybody...
Read moreIf you're craving authentic Kerala flavors, Thalassery Restaurant is a must-visit. The place beautifully captures the essence of Malabar cuisine, from the iconic Thalassery biryani to their fresh seafood specialties.
I tried their chicken biryani and it was incredibly aromatic, with the perfect blend of spices and fluffy rice – not too oily and very flavorful. The parotta and beef roast combo was also a winner, with the beef cooked tender and full of rich, spicy flavor. Their meals are generous in portion, and prices are reasonable for the quality.
The ambiance is clean and simple, giving off a homely vibe. The staff were polite and quick with service, even during peak hours.
Whether you're a fan of Kerala cuisine or trying it for the first time, Thalassery Restaurant offers a true taste of the coast in every bite....
Read moreFood was good except for the Fish I know Thalaserry restaurants are traditionally not a good seafood masters, still I opted to have a hamour, which was told to me by the bearer as Rs 600, which was later billed as Rs 650. This was questioned during billing however not accepted. I could have been still okay if the fish was good.. the quantity of the fish ( in the pic display - almost same or even smaller) was too less for that price and moreover the taste was not good.. once again they proved that seafood is not their cup of tea!!!
Again I was told Thalaserry dum biryani would be given ( billed the same too) but the chicken was not seems to be dhum... The piece and masala was not blended with the rice , it was cooked separately.
Not a good...
