One of the worst foods you could ever get. This is a hotel without a menu. I should have turned back, when I saw no one was there at the hotel. People who generally run hotels provide good food for customer satisfaction. People who run this hotel should genuinely consider closing it for dinner or take steps in improving the overall quality of food and customer experience.

The person working in the kitchen is coughing and sneezing on the food. The potato in masala dosa is frozen and blunt. Chutney is straight from the freezer. Parotta is readymade and that too from the fridge.

The cashier didn't even gave a reply about the complaint, he started acting like talking to someone on the phone. He demands the full amount and goes hides in the kitchen. What a misery of an experience!

Just believed in the name Udupi and went. AVOID this hotel...

Worst hotel, they are just doing the business not filling the hungry stomach. We went with our family, order masala dosa and meals. Very worst, that chutney was already spoiled and sambar was too salt. Getting bad oil smell while tasting dosa. When we complained about this, the owner was very rude, he is not agreeing his mistake. Most of the people who visited Zoo, they almost visiting this hotel because its just opposite to Zoo. But its toooo bad. Worst south Indian food, we ordered onion dosa, and specifically told to serve ASAP but he took around 1.5 hr to prepare onion dosa. When asked for reason for delay he said it took time to prepare onion dosa. sambhar was tasteless. Initially when we asked menu they refused to provide menu, they said they only have dosa and meals, no other options are there.
