As a satisfied customer, I’d gladly rate Café Mysore a strong 4 out of 5 stars. This iconic South Indian café blends tradition and taste with a warm, homely vibe that makes every visit feel comforting. Located in a busy yet accessible part of the city, it maintains a steady crowd — a clear sign of its popularity.
The dosas are perfectly crisp, the idlis soft and fresh, and the filter coffee? Absolutely divine. Their sambhar and chutneys have an authentic South Indian flavor, which brings a nostalgic touch for anyone who’s grown up with those tastes. The service is fast and efficient even during peak hours, and the staff is courteous and attentive without being overbearing.
What keeps it from being a full 5-star experience, in my opinion, is the limited seating and slightly cramped interiors during rush hours. However, the quality of food, reasonable pricing, and overall experience more than make up for it.
Café Mysore remains my go-to spot when I’m craving a hearty, no-nonsense South Indian breakfast or a quick snack with great coffee. It delivers consistency, flavor, and a nostalgic charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Definitely worth visiting if you’re...
Read moreI have ordered food from here through online delivery platform. The menu is not so expensive and the same goes with the quantity of the item. The mushroom fried rice is good, mushrooms were cleaned and chosen with care and cooked well, with respect to rice, they maintained the decorum of fried rice. The quantity of the fried rice is little less but still good at quality. This is pure vegetarian place so hygiene and quality is maintained well but I only had a problem with the starter’s, the starter which I’ve ordered is Gobi Manchurian. I’ve never faced issue with Gobi manchurian’s taste, probably this is the first time where I didn’t like the taste. So, I would recommend this place for rice items, breakfast and few of the Chinese items. Menu is affordable and after going through the other reviews got to know that it’s visit able with friends and family or a couple.

Read more#Lootera🤣 Be careful if you are going to visit this restaurant. They will give extra things/food which you didn't ordered and if you ask them also they will say it's complementary but later they will ask you to pay the extra amount for that.
Last week we have visited with family and ordered five plates of Mysore Masala dosa. They brought the Dosa along with Wada on the plate. We asked them, why they have given the extra wada cz we have order only Dosa (Mysore Mashala), they told "It's complimentary along with dosa",But later they have charged extra Rs.150/- for Wada. When we told them that we didn't ordered and it was a complementary(As said by their staff). Restaurant Manager started argue with us very badly and told that "if you didn't ordered why you had, you have to pay the extra amount for that"
It was a horrible experience!!
