Hotel Bismi — Restaurant in Kerala

Very very bad experience. Now they have brand name . So misusing food quality, service, ambience and all . Today went with my cousin biriyani without salt . Called all waiters for inform . Nobody listen and came . Later one bangali came and told anything else just go and tell to reception. I quite disappointed because I was in food and want to go to reception for my service.

Bad experience ever . Wait for half an hour but no response. In reception I told this but he only want money . Nothing more . Money mad people'. Spoiling our trivandrum community and quality.

Strictly hate .. .. Don't entertain this . . We will pay for food and service but we will not accept always in same manner . Money will come behind . Do atleast value for paid . Stupids ...

I had a really disappointing experience with the service here. I only ate at this place once, and I'm totally over it. The food was just average, but the service was a whole different level of bad. I accidentally left my expensive sunglasses behind and came back within a minute to find them. The waiter seemed nervous and kept insisting they didn’t have seen or have them. There was no other customers there at that moment or when I was having food. I told the manager, but he acted like he didn’t even care. I’ve never seen this kind of attitude in any restaurant before. For anyone thinking of eating here, please watch your belongings carefully ; if they can't return sunglasses, what else...

Went there for dinner after 10pm. The restaurant was full and we had to wait fo r a couple of minutes. Got a table for 10 and we ordered a lot of things and the server never took notes but remembered everything and served everything,😀..

Food was okay and the service was very quick. Chaya, tea, was good as always in Kerala restaurants. For 10 people the bill was 520. All vegetarian and egg curries. Amazing quality given the price.
