Pretty Expensive Cafe with Captivating Ambience

Had a meetup with friends and decided to choose this just to enjoy the vibe

Tried the below.

Chicken Suya Kebab - ₹400 Moroccan Chicken - ₹790 Minute Steak - ₹790 Cottage Cheese Parmigiana - ₹580

Suya kebab served on four skewers were good, garnished with spicy powder. Moroccan chicken was not pleasing. Minute beef steak was well done accompanied with mashed potato which could be suggested.

Honestly, the food isn't exceptionally unique or signature, especially considering the cost. However, if you appreciate a lush exterior dining experience and enjoy leisurely chats with friends, this won't disappoint you.

Special mention to the hospitality. The staffs are extremely polite and professional. Kuddos for that

Visited for the second time with family, my impression of the food remains unchanged. This place continues to be in my top 5 for ambience in Trivandrum—especially at night—but not for its food.

What We Ordered this time,

Chef's Unusual Twist Chicken – ₹300 Chicken Cobb Salad – ₹370 Ramen Chicken – ₹460 Calamari Tempura – ₹480 Mezze Platter Zaatar – ₹900 Messy Nachos Chicken – ₹580

Calamari Tempura was a hit—crispy, well-seasoned, and enjoyable for everyone at the table.

Chef's Unusual Twist Chicken leaned too heavily into local flavors, with an overload of tiny tomato slices that masked the dish’s creativity. It felt more traditional than innovative.

Chicken Cobb Salad and Ramen Chicken were decent, though not particularly memorable.

Mezze Platter Zaatar was underwhelming for ₹900. It included a single sliced chicken breast, three small kuboos, four slices of garlic bread, two pieces of white bread, two types of mayo, and small saucers with sliced beetroot and Indian-style jalapeños. Not great value for the price.

Messy Nachos Chicken was simply nachos topped with grated chicken and some garnish. At ₹580, it didn’t offer anything special or messy, as the name might suggest.

While the food doesn’t live up to the ambience, the service, presentation, and nighttime atmosphere are undeniably top-notch. If you're going for the vibe, this place delivers it undoubtedly. If it's for a standout meal—there’s room for...

I recently had the pleasure of choosing this hotel to celebrate my fiancée's birthday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's ambiance was simply awesome, setting the perfect tone for a memorable celebration.

The standout feature of this hotel, however, was the exceptional staff support, with a special mention to Arun. From the moment I made the reservation and throughout the entire event, Arun went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, willingness to accommodate special requests, and his warm and friendly demeanor truly made our celebration extra special. He took care of everything, even though I was coordinating everything via video call. Arun's dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable.

Now, let's talk about the food. The culinary experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The menu offered a delightful array of options to suit various tastes, and the quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. Our guests raved about the delicious food, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to the celebration.

Lastly, the overall vibe of the hotel was outstanding. The combination of the inviting ambiance, attentive staff, and delectable food created an atmosphere that was perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Even though I couldn't be there in person, I could sense the positive energy and excitement through the video call.

In conclusion, I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my fiancée's birthday. The awesome ambiance, exceptional staff support, especially from Arun, the delicious food, and the fantastic vibe made it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch celebration venue. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Arun, for making this occasion...

Let me tell you about my recent delightful discovery in Trivandrum: Baker's Arch Garden Cafe! If you're looking for a place that feels like a warm hug from nature with a side of seriously delicious food, this is it.What makes this place even more special is that a friend of mine, Saarang is working as a chef in charge there! Knowing someone with such passion and skill is behind the menu makes the experience even more enjoyable. Whenever I travel to Capital city, he invites me but my hurry bury trips never gave me a chance till today!

First off all, the ambiance is just dreamy. Imagine sitting in a lush garden, surrounded by greenery, with the sun dappling through the leaves. It’s an open-air setup, which makes you feel totally relaxed and connected to nature. They've also got this super cool vintage-style bar that just oozes charm. It's the kind of place where you want to linger for hours with a good book or great company.

Now, let's talk about food! I tried the Chef Special Thai Lime leaf Chicken and Rice and let me tell you, the flavors are incredible. But the real star of the show? Their signature desert, Goan Bibinca. You absolutely HAVE to try it! It's not so sweet, decadent, and utterly smooth!

The service team is friendly and attentive, and you can tell everyone who works there genuinely cares about making your visit special.

Baker's Arch Garden Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. It’s a place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy good food, good company, and a truly beautiful setting. I highly recommend checking it out – you won't be disappointed!Especially for a team dinner or a lovely weekend team brunch.

Thanks Saarang, today this place made me to think of getting a girl friend definitely! I will come back again and suggest this...

A tranquil space lodged in Kuravankonam, that exudes a calm and serene ambience, gorgeously decored to match the rustic theme spread within its boundaries... An unaduletrated continental culinary experience that is not influenced by domestic flavours or inspiration, which makes it stand authentic on its own... The appetizers of Chicken Suya Kebab and Peri-peri Cottage Cheese Balls had no grumbles from any of us as they were wiped clean pretty fast. The main course of Pork Ribs, Vietnamese Tom Rim [Prawns with soba noodles and curry], Grilled Chicken with Thyme Au-Jus and Beef Involtini with Hungarian Chili Dust were our choice for lunch... and was well balanced and flavoured... Not a place for those who prefer a little bit of spiciness and burst of indian flavours or inspiration, as the servings here are kept as authentic as possible [which may feel bland to most of us]. Overall, a well ambienced place with some awesome food for those of the specifiic liking... Do note that this place is of premium dining, and is outright 4 or 5 star expensive, but hey, so are their food with an ambience of a natural resort. One incident though, and this is not something that should have happened at all for the price being paid, is that they missed out on our order of Pork Ribs, which ended up coming after the rest of us finished lunch... I would broadly say this was because of not having a proper mechanism of taking down the order and relying on the memory of the waiter... who does this now a days.. And this is the reason for the overall 3 stars, which if avoided would have made me give a solid 4 stars across their rating...
