I had bought 3 seater n 2 seater Santos fabric recliner a few months back from pepperfry edapally. Within a couple of weeks 3 seater recliner s one seat isn't getting reclined. N I had complained about it . But I didn't get a satisfactory reply. A carpenter called many days after the complaint n told that he can only visit the recliner but can't rectify it as he doesn't know it..and he didn't visit too. What do u expect from customers like us? Should we learn to rectify the damaged recliner? Even the service personnel from ur side doens't know it. At least u should send someone who knows to service it even ur reparing team is worse.Is this what a customer expects when u spend 1 lakh for the recliners. The speed at which u sell the recliners isn't seen when we approach u for after buying it. Worst service ever. Our recliners is in a home where we don't go often so I have been taking leave awaiting ur reparing team. In spite of me being a Dr, talking leave n awaiting ur service team is very difficult. I need the replacement of the 3 seater recliner ASAP. 3 yrs warranty period is there n it has been only a few months I have purchased it. The canedo velvet chaise lounge though slated for delivery with a leadtime of almost a month was personally expedited by Freni for a special occasion and delivered a week before due date. While Salman was courteous and attentive, I was disappointed with the lack of expertise displayed in furniture and materials. When I sought advice on selecting the right furniture for my home, Salman's suggestions seemed misinformed and not tailored to my specific needs.
Furthermore, when I inquired about the quality and durability of certain materials, Salman appeared unsure and unprepared to provide meaningful insights.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of expertise from a studio manager, especially when it comes to something as critical as furniture selection. Salman's performance fell short of my expectations.
I hope Pepperfry will take steps to enhance their team's product knowledge and expertise to provide better guidance...
