I recently visited Burger Hub, a popular burger joint located in East Fort, Thrissur. While my experience was overall pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement.

The Mixed Chicken Mayo Bun was a definite highlight – very good in taste and quality. However, the Sausage Plate (approx. ₹310) was a bit of a letdown in terms of value. While the sausages themselves had good flavor and were juicy, they felt too small for the price

Both the Mint Lime and Ginger Lime drinks were good. Overall, I found portion sizes to be slightly small across the order relative to their prices.

The ambiance and cleanliness were good, acceptable but with room for enhancement. Service speed was also good, with no significant delays.

Ever since my first Burger from here in 2011, I have been a fan. I have been ordering Burgers from here for an year now and I have to say this is one of the best Burgers I have ever had. Hence the rating 3. However, I'm thoroughly disappointed with their French Fries. When I used to order it online, it used to be all limp and stale. I had a problem with that, but I never complained. This Wednesday, I took a friend here and they served us French fries that were stale and hard to bite that my friend even started beating and making noise with it. I asked the waiter to get us a fresh batch. He apologized for what happened but I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of respect for the customers. This is a place frequented by kids. It's a decent budget place as well. But feeding your customers stale, old food is disgusting. You people ought to be ashamed for serving kids...
