I recently visited Burger Hub, a popular burger joint located in East Fort, Thrissur. While my experience was overall pleasant, there were a few areas that could use improvement.
The menu at Burger Hub offers a wide variety of burger options, from classic beef burgers to vegetarian alternatives. I opted for their signature chicken burger with a side of crispy fries. The burger itself was flavorful, with a juicy chicken patty and fresh toppings. The combination of ingredients was well-balanced, and the burger was cooked to perfection.
The service, however, was a bit slow. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, and there seemed to be some confusion among the staff. While they were polite and accommodating, the delay in service was a bit disappointing.
The ambiance of the restaurant was decent, with a casual and laid-back atmosphere. The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a suitable space to enjoy the meal. However, the overall decor and interior could benefit from some updating and additional attention to detail.
One aspect that stood out was the pricing. The burgers were reasonably priced, offering good value for the quality and portion sizes. It's a great option for those on a budget or looking for a quick bite.
In terms of cleanliness, Burger Hub maintained a satisfactory standard. The dining area and restrooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a hygienic environment for customers.
Overall, Burger Hub in East Fort, Thrissur, is a decent spot to satisfy your burger cravings. While the food is tasty and reasonably priced, the slow service and lackluster ambiance prevent me from giving it a higher rating. With some improvements in these areas, Burger Hub has the potential to become an even better dining...

The Mixed Chicken Mayo Bun was a definite highlight – very good in taste and quality. However, the Sausage Plate (approx. ₹310) was a bit of a letdown in terms of value. While the sausages themselves had good flavor and were juicy, they felt too small for the price
Both the Mint Lime and Ginger Lime drinks were good. Overall, I found portion sizes to be slightly small across the order relative to their prices.
The ambiance and cleanliness were good, acceptable but with room for enhancement. Service speed was also good, with no significant delays.
In summary, Burger Hub offers a decent meal, but focusing on portion value, especially for items like the Sausage Plate, could significantly boost the overall...
Read moreEver since my first Burger from here in 2011, I have been a fan. I have been ordering Burgers from here for an year now and I have to say this is one of the best Burgers I have ever had. Hence the rating 3. However, I'm thoroughly disappointed with their French Fries. When I used to order it online, it used to be all limp and stale. I had a problem with that, but I never complained. This Wednesday, I took a friend here and they served us French fries that were stale and hard to bite that my friend even started beating and making noise with it. I asked the waiter to get us a fresh batch. He apologized for what happened but I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of respect for the customers. This is a place frequented by kids. It's a decent budget place as well. But feeding your customers stale, old food is disgusting. You people ought to be ashamed for serving kids...
