Been here twice. First time in the cafe on the ground floor. Ordered 1 faluda and a cold coffee. Putting ice and cold water in regular coffee is NOT cold coffee. Both were a horror story. 2nd time came here for dinner. They advertise North Indian food. But the restaurant on the 1st floor was empty at 8pm. Staff were sleeping on the chairs. Cashier was asleep. I was told they had very limited menu options. What's the point in placing food on the menu that they don't have. They do not have a dedicated handwash and the toilet is dirty and dingy.

Cold coffee is a blend of milk, honey, coffee, ice cream, and fresh cream. What you serve is something similar to ice tea, but with coffee instead of tea.
I believe your place is the only place advertising North Indian dishes on the menu. Most of the ingredients are easily available all year round. There is no question of running out of stock of ingredients. Also the other issues. All this reeks of bad management and apathy by staff. Please be proactive, get better quality staff or train them better, make sure that either everything on the menu is present or change the menu. This will affect your business negativity if you don't care more. No point apologizing to me. Please make improvements. The washroom and toilet has to be rebuild and...
Read moreI would recommend Csons for the food, especially the Chicken Tikka Biryani, but not for the customer service. Ordered rotti, beef, paneer, fried rice this time, all were fresh and hot. But beef could have been cooked little more, was tough to chew. Shakes (mango & chocolate) were not upto the mark, water and ice were at the forefront compared to milk. The waiting time was 40 min, which was a mood killer. Raised the concern to the receptionist but was in vain. He justified mentioning the food is made fresh and delivery orders were there, so takes time. Not expecting politeness here, but he could have lowered the arrogance while stating. But then, it was closing time and the whole Csons team was tired, maybe because of that. But then, the person had the same justification and arrogance mannerism in previous 2 ocassions (in 2021). One was when their waiter took away spoons from my 2 year old son while we were eating (the family was surprised by this "kind" gesture) and kid started crying. Other was when the eaten food plates were kept on top of open foods that were to be parcelled. The staffs never ask while taking away food. Maybe due to the language barrier of the staffs (as 1 justification), but it is to be...
Read moreNow let me start by saying this . There was no prejudiced mind before going to this place nor read any reviews. Had to drop by near the area , so thought of visiting the House of Tandoor. Even though the side line highlights North Indian menu , I thought of ordering Chinese. I was just surprised to see the price. A veg fried rice which costs 160 ! And dragon chicken for 230 bucks ! One word - Highly over priced restaurant. I won't be investing this much money for just an okay kinda of food, which is available else where. And regarding the food served , I would say food was good enough but as for the price they charge there should have been a wow factor, not authentic Indo Chinese definitely. Nowadays 5 star hotels have started giving buffet @ 499 in the town ! There is no harm in charging if you are ready to give the best ,The finest Chinese restaurants in the country charge not just for the quality but the ambience, service, taste, presentation of the dish and lot more factors. I personally would recommend this place for desserts only.
