Cafè Diary — Restaurant in Kerala

A beautiful ambience in the midst of the busy sm street. Have noticed this place even before but my only hesitation to visit was the thought that it may be more costly due to their premium look. However could not resist more and hence decided to visit them at one day evening. The place is well maintained and is run by a group of youngsters( not sure if they own the place though). The behaviour of the staffs was very good, its always a pleasant thing when someone serves you food with a smile and I experienced it here. The menu made me regret for not visiting this place earlier as the price was not that expensive as I thought. We had burger and fresh juice which made us wait for a few minutes. The food quality and taste was pretty good. This along with that pleasant ambience makes this a perfect place to have a little snacks, juice or a cup of coffee. Hoping to have a cup of coffee from the place soon :p Could not take the look of the place from the outside, will add it once I visit...

One of the worst experiences I’ve had from a cafe. I visited this place with two friends, had a juice shake, and all three of us ended up sick stomach pain, fever, and full-body discomfort.

It’s honestly disgusting how carelessly the drinks must be prepared here. This clearly shows a lack of hygiene and responsibility from the staff.

If you can’t serve clean, safe food, you shouldn’t be running a food outlet at all. Fix your standards before someone ends up in the hospital.

Not coming back, and I don’t recommend...

We had a terrible experience at SM Street Cafe. Although the food quality was secondary, our main issue was with the payment process. After completing the payment into their account, they falsely claimed that they hadn't received the credit. We even showed them our transaction history as proof, but they still chose not to trust us. We wasted 20 minutes of our time, and to make matters worse, they wouldn't let us leave. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this...
