Had to get a parcel from there today through an online delivery platform "SWIGGY". The aluminium foil in which the food/breads(porottas) was covered was totally dusty and ugly. We are not very sure why or how did the swiggy delivery partner accept it from there so. When it was delivering here it was totally wrapped up in polyethylene cover and we weren't able to understand that the condition was worst.

Satisfying place offering authentic Kerela food at unbelievable prices! The food is delicious and the kitchen is clean. The furniture is old school, but the waiters are very friendly. It has no a/c and so, is extremely hot during the summers. The Appam and curries are a must try! It is located on the main street and can accommodate multiple hungry veterans!

From my genuine experience.O man their chicken 65 is soooperb...and really their all recipes are very tasty and succulent.Nadan chicken curry ,kerala porotta which are very soft.They provide a good combo for affordable price.Stomach friendly cooking.You will feel no acidity or as such after effects.Any one who wishes to eat something good for your stomach you guys should seriously go to this hotel or order your food.Good packaging and hospitality.Your stomach and heart will be very much happy after eating their...

I recently tried beef fry and beef dry fry and i think these are the best that is available in calicut. The beef is tender and very well prepared. Also, the porottas (maida and atta) are awesome. I hope Sarovar maintains the consistency in quality, taste and exemplary service from staff. This might soon become the go-to place for porotta and beef combo. Wishing them the very best....
