Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Unreliable! We had planned a special cake for an important occasion and confirmed the order well in advance. However, the cake was not delivered on the promised date. Despite multiple follow-ups via messages and calls, there was no response.

On the delivery date, a call was finally accepted, and we were assured a status update—but no updates were ever provided. We escalated the matter to ASM Sahir, expecting some resolution, but he was completely indifferent and dismissive, showing no concern for the issue. He even let us walk out of the shop without any effort to address the problem!

We have all the proof—call records, confirmation chats, and call history—but this business clearly lacks professionalism and any respect for their customers' special moments. Why even run a business if you can’t fulfill your commitments?
