🛑🛑📌📌📢Unsafe Food & Poor Service – My Worst Experience at Chicking.⛔⛔ On Sunday afternoon (10/08/2025), my husband and I went to Chicking for lunch. We ordered a meal (2 pieces of chicken, 1 burger, French fries, Coca-Cola, etc.). While eating, I took my Coke to drink and noticed a large black insect floating on top of the ice and half-submerged in the drink. I was shocked and immediately called the staff to show them. Without saying much, they simply replaced it, but I couldn’t drink it anymore after that.

I kept watching the staff after the incident and noticed them tapping and cleaning the fridge where they keep the ice and store the Coke, saying something as if they realized something had happened. However, they never acknowledged their mistake or addressed it properly, even though we were sitting there for a long time.

When it was time to pay the bill, I asked about it, and the girl at the counter told me, “Since Coca-Cola is black and the insect was also black, we didn’t notice it.” I asked to speak to the manager, but was told he wasn’t there. Later, when I called the manager, he just said “Sorry.”

What worried me most was that there were families with children eating there at the same time — they might have consumed something similar without realizing. For such a big brand with so many staff, it is shocking to see no proper maintenance or cleaning, and no responsible person present to handle the situation.

The twist? As soon as I mentioned I would file a complaint, I received a call from Chicking’s quality team, again saying “Sorry” and asking me to send the bill copy. Tomorrow, if we find worms inside the chicken, will your staff say, “We didn’t notice because it was white”?

Please be careful. This is my bad experience, and I am sharing it so it might help others. Dear Chicking team, please check the food carefully before serving it to customers.

Chicking, a supposed fried chicken and burger joint, left me in a state of disbelief and disappointment that words can scarcely capture. If I could award negative stars, I would gleefully do so without hesitation.

The moment I laid eyes on the diminutive size of each pitiful item, I knew I had fallen into a culinary nightmare. The audacity of charging astronomical prices for what could only be considered as mere morsels of sustenance defies all reason. It's as if they've perfected the art of highway robbery under the guise of fast food.

Now, let's move on to the pièce de résistance: the fried chicken. If you've ever wondered what a Sahara desert experience would taste like, allow Chicking to grace you with their bone-dry, arid rendition of fried chicken. It's a triumph of culinary neglect, a masterpiece of overcooking, and a testament to their utter disregard for the very essence of edible food.

But wait, there's more! The pièce de résistance of their incompetence is their ingenious method of reheating. The fried chicken, in all its desiccated glory, had clearly been basking in the glow of their overheated lamps for a lifetime, thus achieving a level of staleness that defies logic. One can only speculate that they've mastered the art of preserving disappointment.

In conclusion, Chicking has carved a niche for itself as the epitome of a wretched dining experience. If you're a glutton for punishment and have an inexplicable craving for absurdly priced, microscopically sized, and stunningly awful food, then by all means, Chicking is your sanctuary of despair. For the rest of humanity, stay away....

Food was good but service was bad which I didn't expect at all. I asked for chicken grilled lollipop, he said he needs to check whether it's available or not he went to the counter and didn't return for a long time which delayed our food even more because a a family of 7 or 8 who camera after us ordered their food and because we had to wait for the response made our food order to be taken late. Had ordered few stuffs. Nuggets were really good, fried chicken were tender and juicy, French fries were bland and soggy, fried prawns were small and had no flavor. Grilled lollipop was ok.. Strictly ok. Now comes my major gripe, how hard it is to provide drinking water to its customers? We had to like beg for water. Is it like a tactic from the company itself to make us buy other drinks? Felt like it for me. We were 3 including my 5 year old son. I asked for water and they asked 2 cups na? What? Why discount my son? Because he is a kid? We ordered food for him also they didn't ask at that time though? Also the time it took for the water to reach was unbelievable. People like me who doesn't visit such fast food often aren't accustomed to beg for drinking water even the road side snack stalls provide food water without asking. Don't even think about asking for refill also 😂. Also the AC was so low we were uncomfortable sitting there for long time. Never had such experience...
