It's one of oldest restaurants in Kozhikode.. one of the famous ones .. Arabian foods is special .. very spacious n great atmospheric environment. They do have kids play area. Also very known to everyone n location is very much visible in the normal traffic. Parking space is there with valet parking .. the time taken to serve food n for parcel is abit long , still the food are tasty .. all items are priced fair enough except some items are felt like over priced. Get varieties of Arabian dishes.

05.09.2022 This time when I went there with lots of expectations with the old taste.. I felt very disappointed 😞😞😞😞.. I ordered chicken biriyani , prawns biriyani and fish biriyani.. along with mango juice and lemon tea... The chicken biryani was not at upto the taste which was expecting.. For a variety , I felt the fish tasty .. but still the biryani felt the same disappointment. The prawns biriyani was given very delayed and it's masala was jus awful as only mixed up with boiled onions, tomatoes with some grinded powders an on top of it the rice was garnished.. this was what I felt... 10 piece was the count i recieved... Out of which 6 were very small in shape and 4 were of medium sized .. and the shell of some was not properly removed ... The prawns biriyani costed 300 which is not worthy.. for those rate.

The mango juice was normal one... But it was very overpriced . 100 rupees is way too high for those .. may be they might think it for their brand... But still j personally doesn't agree to...

This time GAZANIA disappointed me.

GAZANIA was one of my favorite space earlier. They served good quality of food earlier, but now a days it is not well enough. My last experiences are quite disappointing.

Food

In my last visit I ordered one special Arabian noodles, quarter pepper Al-fahm and thandoor roti. I selected this option just because they served it better earlier. But this time it was horrible.

Pepper al-fahm

It was not cooked properly and they used poor quality oil for cooking. The bad taste of the oil was visible over the paper flavor. The spices are not merged with the chicken flesh. And the supporting salad was not fresh. This was my worst al-fahm experience so far.

Thandoor roti

It was contrast to the al-fahm. Here it was over-cooked and burnt out on both side. So I experienced a bad taste due to the burning sensation. It was bit sour to eat.

*GAZANIA special Arabian Noodles

It was better compared to other food I ordered togather. They provided good souces with that and it was fresh. Also is has a enough quantity as well. Overall it was better but not excellent.

Service

The staff service was also a concern for me this time. They are not pleasant and to much rush to order. Also they didn't served all food I ordered. I need to remind them for that. Also they overpriced for some food this time than they added in their menu.
