Terrible service,I went here with my mom, brother and sister in law, we arrived at 9 pm, nobody approached us until 930 pm and then we placed our order, the food arrived at our table at 1045, then at 1055 the security started to rush us telling us we need to hurry up, since they wanted to close, i understand that people want to close and go home, but prior to ordering we enquired how long we have, and they said its all ok, but the moment the food arrived they wanted to rush us, came with my family and I'm never returning back here. Staff needs training on customer service, esp the security. The waiting staff was apologetic about the issue, blaming the security because he was Bengali, which was discriminatory and uncalled for. Anyways the whole incident left a sour taste in our mouth. Has so much potential (the ambience and food was good),but the place lacks class and decency. Would not recommend and I would suggest all my friends...

Nice ambience with a lot of greenery and the notion of drinking under the sky accentuates it. The pool is on the side. Normally there isn't much crowd which I enjoy. Smoking is allowed which can be a bit of an inconvenience. A place with great potential , but very much under utilized. The selection of beer is not that great and not too much of food selection. But what always gets me on the nerve is the service. The chief or the head server always seems to be irritated for some reason and is reluctant to listen or give suggestions. I find it very inconvenient asking for the side plates and cutleries , which should be given without asking for it multiple times. The whole point of sitting down with a beer and having fun is sometimes ruined by this poor service. Zirkon Bar @ The Raviz Calicut — a perfect blend of ambience, calmness, and great food. The interiors are tastefully done, creating a serene and cozy atmosphere with soft lighting and comfortable seating.

The drinks menu is impressive, with a peg (30ml) starting at ₹220. The bar staff are attentive and courteous, making the overall service smooth and pleasant.

Coming to the food — absolutely flavorful! We tried the crispy fried beef garnished with fried curry leaves and green chilli, which was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. It paired beautifully with the drinks. The crunchy peanuts, fresh veggie sticks, and creamy dip served as great bar snacks. The presentation of all dishes was also spot-on — vibrant and appetizing.
