Chopstix Signature — Restaurant in Kerala

Always been a fan of chopstix, so went out to try their new outlet at Panampilly. Parking availability was okay. The ambience was very nice, but there were a few flies around us, and something needs to be done by the management. Their service needs a special mention. 🌟They have very friendly staff and their service was exceptional, they help you very well with food suggestions and serving.

Coming to the food, first of all their menu is something I really liked. They have pictures for every dish and description which will help you in choosing, as the names are a bit hard to understand 😅 I don't remember the names of every dish we had. The chicken Dumplings were one of the best one's I've ever had. 9 out of 10 for it. I liked the Thai Noodles and Thai coconut milk soup. I'll give an 8 out of 10 for both. Also had Chicken sushi (I don't eat Fish) and Korean Bibimap, which is more of rice. It was good but, I'd say it may not be everyone's cup of tea. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 as per my personal preference. And be careful with the Wasabi (Green paste served along with Sushi) 😆 It will travel through your nose into your brains🤣

I'll definitely visit again to try more dishes. People who have tasted pure authentic chinese/japanese/korean dishes may not find this different, but it's way different than the regular Indo-chinese dishes we normally find..Don't expect that. As usual The Service & Staff are awesome We started with salads the manager suggested Banana Blossom Salad Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing this exotic salad, and it was a revelation of flavors and textures. The salad's foundation, the banana blossom itself, presented a refreshing Its tender yet crunchy texture, reminiscent of artichoke hearts, offered a delightful contrast.Then we ordered for nasi goreng. The visual appeal of Nasi Goreng is inviting, with the golden hue of the rice complemented by the vibrant colour of the accompanying ingredients—succulent pieces of prawns, along with Sliced vegetables. The addition of a fried egg on top, with its Sunny yolk cascading over the rice, adds a richness that ties the dish together beautifully. Taste-wise, Nasi Goreng is a perfect amalgamation of savory, spicy, and subtly sweet notes. and shrimp paste infuses each grain of rice with a delightful umami richness. This is my second visit to Chopsticks Signature Kakkanad Pan Asian Restaurant is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. With its modern ambiance, diverse menu, and excellent service, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to spice up their dining routine.

The real star of the show was the food, and I was blown away by the sheer variety and flavors on offer. From the spicy Kung Pao Chicken to the creamy Thai Green Curry, every dish was expertly crafted and presented. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. The staff were efficient and prompt, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service. Considering the quality of the food, ambiance, and service, I felt that Chopsticks Signature offered excellent value for money. The prices were competitive, and the portions were generous enough to leave us feeling satisfied but not stuffed.
