POOR SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS
The staff and especially manager responsible has zero customer interaction skills.
Manager didn't even bother looking at me even after waiting right in front of his counter for 3 minutes. Courtesy and mannerisms were a luxury which was impossible to come by
Got fed up and asked how long will it take for a person to receive my order. Least bothered manager Casually said "10 minutes". Never in my life have I heard this response in a subway which is supposed to be Quick Service Restaurant!!
Furthermore food was mediocre. Abysmal was the cleanliness - Food waste on table and floors, unflushed toilets, overfilled garbage bins etc. Also their food station was largely unhygienic
Every detail matters if you're in the service industry. Especially how you treat your customers. Clearly such an incompetent team doesn't cut it at their flagship store in one of the most premium segments of Cochin.
Top management of subway or the franchise owner seriously needs to look into their store staff and upkeep if they don't want to keep drowning like Subway is globally.

Read moreI had the worst experience I’ve ever had from a restaurant from here . The staff was so rude and ignorant , felt utmost anger to them. Pacha malayalithil parenjal pidich ellathineyum pottikan thonni. I had to wait infront of the counter and this guy was just going through it like I was invisible for him . They were all focusing on the Swiggy and zomato orders and was completely ignorant towards me and my friends . I ordered an egg and cheese sub and I asked them if they can add veggies to it for which they straightaway said NO without an explanation. We tried to find a seat because all the tables had leftovers in it which wasn’t even cleaned for 30 mins . They completely ruined my sub Wrong bread and no sauce and I had to go to the counter and change it and they were ignorant for that . Another 20 mins we had to wait to get the bill. A woman entered at that time and during the time we were waiting for the bill , she got her sub , paid the bill and left , while we were still waiting to get ours billed . Read moreWe are your regular costomers,but this is the first time we had a bad experience with your staff..such a arrogant staff..I hope your attraction is food as well as customers service..it should always go hand in hand...or else even if your food is delicious you will not be able to satisfy your customers... the first thing as a staff they should look the customers when they ask something...that's the basic thing...it was very poor ... then we had a billing issue as it was your system problem they couldn't generate the bill...so they gave a written amount initially and then striked it and wrote another amount where I asked the explanation for that on the bill breakup the staff over there was really irritating as if we are having the food for free...this was not atol good .... only because of the quality of food my rated you good .worst customer experience ever and not at all tolerable... to certain customers they presented them properly .. even if they are daily customers have to treat every one the same ..
