I’m really disappointed with the pizza and the service provided.

I ordered for a chicken fiesta medium pizza sat 30th jul 2016 at 6 45 pm, from dominos palarivattom kochi. I received the pizza with no delay. The pizza which was delivered to us was not baked. The crust of the pizza was still raw and i could feel taste the dough and the texture was raw. My 4 year old kid had already one piece of it by then.

We called up the dominos palarrivatom at around 7 30 pm and informed them that the pizza was raw. They said they will come and check it and would deliver another pizza. We waited till 8 40. When we did not receive any delivery, we again called them at 8 40. The person who attended the call said, they were busy with other customers and have many customers to attend to. He said that our order has been sent to delivery out 10 mts back. We said, that we need not want the pizza anymore, we would return out first ordered of underbaked pizza with the delivery person who comes to our house The delivery boy reached around 9 15 pm and we checked the bill. It was found to have time of bill as 8 41pm, which means they had taken the order, when we called second time, of not receiving order. We did not take the pizza which they said we will give for free. We had even returned the under baked pizza along with the delivery boy We book a pizza at 6.45 pm and we give a complaint and wait to receive the pizza at 9 15 pm. The promise of brand to have 15 mts delivery with good quality pizza is not at all kept here. We get an under baked pizza with 2.15...

Simply pathetic..not the Pizza nor the brand but simply their service.. i am ordering pizza from this outlet of Domino's for the past one year and i am pretty sure that only one time, only a single time i got it delivered under 30 minutes as promised.. when we contact them about three ever advertised "30 minutes guarantee" they would say like"they don't have enough delivery boys" or the promise is not applicable for some wired reason etc etc etc. (Even the last time they said the same thing i don't know why they haven't able to make up the shortage in this one year).. One time i even had to go to their outlet in order to collect my order.. order placed on 7.30 pm at that day and i went to their outlet on 10.45 pm to collect the delivery and when i reach there they don't even know whether my order is despatched or not and there was enough persons sitting in the kitchen without particularly doing anything.. That's the thing.. they didn't even offer me any compensation for the same.. don't order from there for delivery and if possible go there and have the Pizza that would be a much much much...

Worst experience ever. .i tried to order over the phone. .trusting their so called "30 minute delivery" I ended up waiting for 1:30 hrs. On trying to call to know the status, no one picked the call. On showing up at palarivatam outlet, saw another customer expressing his anger since he also had similar experience of non delivery. .Right away understood this is a common issue here. When i asked about my order a series of excuses started flowing. 1) we don't have your order as we may have typed in the number wrong. 2) we are low on stock. 3) We don't have enough staff ( i can see many delivery guys around talking around). In the end they gave 2 pizzas saying these are my order. . Relieved when i asked for the bill, they refused which made me suspicious. In the end, they admitted its not at all the flavours i ordered! !. Dominos is losing their reputation because of such fraud people. I would never recommend this outlet to anyone for home delivery as they have no issues in conning their customers . friendly warning, Order on...
