I was there with my 9-month-old daughter, carrying her in my arms, and requested assistance in checking for an available seat. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. Not only did the staff fail to offer any help, but they didn’t even acknowledge me — which felt quite disrespectful and disheartening, especially as a mother managing a baby on my own.
