This consultation is free of cost and no purchase is required, as the focus is to help the customer make the best choice as per the space and budget he has in mind. It does help if one has the approximate dimensions of the room/area available for the item/colour theme as it helps narrow down options in a more fruitful manner.

In the rare instance where you like a piece but want it in a different size or colour the in-house customization team will evaluate the feasibility and give you a quote for the same. My first interaction with the store was as part of a work-related furniture purchase about five years ago and since then the quality of the items in addition to the exceptional after-sales service have remained consistent. Even the care taken while transporting and unloading the furniture is something noteworthy as quite a few other stores seem to lack this during the final hand off, which can play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and repeat orders. My experience with Stories has been immensely satisfying and fruitful. The choice of furniture is so vast and varied. I realised that I didn't have to look for any other place for buying furniture for my new home and I wasn't wrong. Thankfully, I could meet all my new home's requirements from Stories. I had visited Stanley and aeon early but could not find a satisfactory one It was the staff from aeon who directed me to stories And at the first visit at this mega furniture mart my family could find a satisfactory product A great range of furniture available Staff are polite and decent My family was insisting to make more purchase From the this store but I have limited myself by buying few dining chairs and a big mirror And the prices are affordable for such imported items Which I included import duty and gst of 18 percent I sincerely thank Ajeena beevi who was with us for a long time in detailing Who ever wish to visit this place please do contact Afzal Abdul Hameed who is the manager administration He is a down to earth personality person and very customer friendly He had packed up my items on a phone call even without paying a single penny which I think no store will do Over all my rating for this...
