I recently visited this place, and I must say, the ambiance was absolutely stunning in sky lounge! The views were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening out. However, the food was just okay - not bad, but not particularly impressive either.

Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Our server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, taking a long time to take our orders and forgetting one of our requests altogether.

Such a worse experience! Absolutely sad and stale food, horrible staff people like Jagdish! Looks like the place is unionised as you can see through the arrogance while delivering customer experience. They charged me for a full day extra as I checked out at 2.30 instead of 12 Noon.
