Food: 1/5. Crab Soup no salt. But chef has added MSG Ajinomoto with his eyes closed without taking the quantity of MSG into consideration.
Fried rice was horrible. It was a dark grey colour rice and taste was comparable to a local street food. Didn't like it at all.
Dragon Chicken was Horrible. I got only very less pieces of Pork meat (5-6). The rest were fried pieces of Pork Fat (Lard) in a tub of oil and melted pork fat. The taste was horrible. It tastes like Sweet and Sour pork. I guess the chef was like this "the customers have a bad tongue and they won't be able to distinguish between any food."
Next.... American Chopsuey...... Utterly disgusting......because other than lumpsome amount of onions we couldn't find pieces of corn, broccoli, etc which are the primary constituents behind a Chopsuey whether Chinese or Amaerican. The red sauce was disgusting.
Service was good. 5/5
Ambience was 1/5..... Not at all looking good. Everywhere there was a Pink theme. The entire restaurant looked more like a ladies Beauty Saloon.
I wish to inform that I am not a food Vlogger nor a Restaurant promoter. These are some of the honest opinions from my personal POV.
Quantity of food was something to be applauded. But what's the use of the quality of food is below par?
Moreover I personally felt that the billed amount when compared to the quality of food was totally unjustified.
Hotel/ Restaurant owners in Kerala must understand one important fact: People are coming to eat good quality food and not for meetings inside a palace. The customers are least bothered about the ambiance. Even if a small eatery is providing quality food the customers will find more happiness there.
Will never recommend this place to...

Read moreVery pathetic service ! I repeat pathetic service ! It was my birthday and we planned for a good Chinese dinner. We ordered Schegwan mixed fried rice and specially told them not to add pepper in it as all their foods contain pepper. The order taker didn't even bother to write down. At last when the order came it was full of pepper. On asking they replied all our foods have pepper (Cmon then what's the point of specially telling you then)
Second order was chilly chicken boneless. Chicken was uncooked and very tasteless. On asking one of the waiters said that this is how we make it here. We couldn't eat it only. Then they said they'll replace it, after which it was the same and on asking one of the waiters very rudely said that all our guest are eating and nobody has any problem.
I don't care if others are eating. I'm paying my own money and if the food isn't good, I have the rights to complain. More than the food, it was the staff behaviour which offended us to the core and that was the final time to Malaya. I took oath,...
