The worst experience I have ever had in my life ...
From Ramji Punjabi Dhaba, Overbridge, Trivandrum.
Today we went to the Dhaba for dinner to celebrate my birthday at 9pm. Already some customers were there waiting after giving their order. We went and waited for the waiter's call. But he ignored us and did not respond. I called him to take the order but he refused continuously and disregarded us. Later he argued with me that I should request him to supply our food.
My family was shocked by his arrogance and lack of responsibility . Then I went to the billing table and enquired why he behaved this rudely with regular customers like us. She didn't even respond and went inside the kitchen. We got totally upset and decided to leave that rude place . Then another person(the cook) came from the kitchen to serve but said that Aloo parathas were finished.
Actually we had ordered Aloo parathas and curries long before it got over . The waiter/owner purposefully didn't provide us with it. We got only roties. Our Curries were also not cooked as per regular standard. Our family was totally disappointed
Yes... We felt like that they were cheating and insulting us. They should have informed us before about non-availability. We were waiting more than one hour there. I just adjusted all for my child. But he even did not get enough food and was left hungry . We had no choice as it was 10pm. If he had informed us earlier that he would not give us our food, we would have immediately. My son got very upset... . So my dear Friends.... If you decide to go there, First you should confirm they will actually give us the food we asked. I will never forgive the tall man (owner/waiter) for spoiling my birthday and my family's...

Read moreWhen I seen Punjabi dhabba board I thought it would be like that I used to go when I was in Bengaluru - good quality food at affordable rate-60rs for two Paratha and curd. But here it was totally different. First of all no cleanliness - flies were around. I was the only person at the hotel during that time. Still it took 30 minutes for preparing which I think is too long. About price - one single Paratha will cost 50-60( depending on Gobi/ aloo). Also we need to separately order curd which costs 28( I am near certain it is not natural curd- it contains chemicals to increase thickness). So the total cost for two parathas and curd will be 148. I believe this is too much for a low...
