I was visiting Padmanabhan when I exited from the KSRTC stand. My family and I were really tired, so we didn't check for any other hotels and instead went to this ICH because we trust they have good food, no matter the location, as we're from Kozhikode. The incident I had was when we ordered 5 masala dosa and coffee. We got 3 burned dosas, and the coffee didn't come. So, I asked the waiter about it, but his response was bad. The thing is, before I knew it, the dosa was already in my stomach, but my brother left it as it is. We didn't argue about this but paid the bill and informed them about the food. Pathetic,had a bitter experience first time from ICH outlet.I ordered masala dosa from this restaurant then initially after a long wait they served sambhar and chutney,after few minutes attender came back and taken back sambhar saying that it expired and replaced with another sambhar.Then after a long time of wait masala dosa came with vada,then I refused to have and request the attender to take it back.I have noticed that the attender has a cleaning towel and is cleaning the table with this towel,without washing his hands unhygienically he taken vada from our plate and definitely it will be served to other customer.This kind of behaviour will definitely destroy the brand equity and trust of ICH with its customers.Plan to escalate this issue with ICH head...
